
Last seen portraying Dr. Warren Kirk in a couple of episodes of “General Hospital” in 2020, actor Jamison Jones is returning to daytime television in the role of Jesse Gaines, an attorney with information about Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) mysterious past on “The Young and the Restless.” He first airs Tuesday, September 21.
According to Soap Opera Digest, which first reported the news in its newest issue, on newsstands now, Jones is set to recur on the soap which means he’ll be popping up from time to time as the relationship between Ashland and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) continues to evolve.
Appearing in a multitude of television shows, including “JAG,” “Beverly Hills, 90210,” “Will & Grace,” “24,” “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” and “Brothers & Sisters,” among many others, Jones made his daytime debut in 2005 playing William over several episodes of “GH.” He also appeared in a 2010 episode of “Days of our Lives” playing a character named Kip. He most recently appeared in Salem in January 2015 playing Bill Breck who has ties to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston).
In 2009, Jones played Agent Philips in the TV series “Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight” as part of The CW’s 4KidsTV programming block.
