Entertainers from the world of acting, modeling, music, sports, movies and more ask McDonald's to adopt a comprehensive chicken welfare policy.

Celebrities including “Days of our Lives” alum Mark Hapka and “The Young and the Restless” and “General Hospital” alum Ignacio Serricchio have joined together in a campaign urging McDonald’s to stop animal cruelty.

Prior to the company’s annual shareholders meeting last month, the Mercy for Animals organization brought 25 entertainers from the world of acting, modeling, music, sports, movies and more, as they asked for the company to adopt a comprehensive chicken welfare policy.
