The wedding of Nicholas and Sharon Newman (Joshua Morrow and Sharon Case) kicked off yesterday, October 3, but before the couple can say their “I Do’s,” Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) is back in town and getting ready to crash the wedding, but will she get there in time? Viewers who tuned into the episode found Phyllis get stopped by a cop who’s apparently there to arrest or detain her, but in the promo for next week’s episodes, Phyllis rolls up in the chapel ready to reveal all, and Sharon’s a devastated mess. “I don’t know what she knows,” an emotional Sharon says to Nicholas, who wonders if it’s about the secret (which secret?) that has her all flustered. Of course, it could all be just a dream. Hmm…
Meanwhile, Phyllis appears in a hospital bed alongside Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), who declares, “She’s back, What’s next?” after Phyllis tells him, “I have to tell you what happened!”
