One is a drama, and one is a comedy, but both “How To Get Away With Murder” and “” are proving to be quite popular additions to ABC’s lineup — so much so, the alphabet network has ordered additional episodes of each.

ABC announced that it has given “How To Get Away With Murder” a 15-episode order and “Black-ish” a 22-episode order, which is no surprise, considering the former had the highest-rated premiere among adults 18-49 of all the new shows in the current fall season, drawing a 3.9 Nielsen live-plus-same day rating and a 5.8 in live-plus-three, and the latter (which aired in the post-“” Wednesday timeslot) had the highest rated premiere of any new comedy this fall, earning a 3.3 live-plus-same day and 4.6 live-plus-three.
