It looks like 2014 is getting off to a rocky start for former “CSI: Miami” star Eva LaRue (ex-Maria Santos, “All My Children”), whose current husband, Joseph Cappuccio, has filed for divorce.

TMZ obtained divorce documents for the couple, which Cappuccio filed citing irreconcilable differences. The seafood businessman has also asked the court to reject any requests LaRue might make for spousal support.

As soap fans may recall, this marks LaRue’s third divorce; she was previously married to “Seinfeld” actor John O’Hurley and former “AMC” star John Callahan (ex-Edmund Grey), with whom she shares 12-year-old daughter, Kaya Callahan.
