Determined to help Lucky, Elizabeth fights to keep working at the hospital as he investigates his drug case. Siobhan is less than pleased, fearful that Lucky will start using drugs. Later, Siobhan confides in Ethan. Elizabeth breaks down after a flashback of Jake.

Lulu storms in as Helena goes cougar on Dante. Helena levels Lulu with the idea that all men leave – Luke is no exception. Helena makes a decision whether to take Lulu to see her father.

Still unaware of his true identity, Spinelli pursues his bakery case as Maxie tries to coax him back to the computer.
