Another day, another project for “Days of our Lives” alum Blake Berris (ex-Nick Fallon). In addition to his upcoming guest spot in CBS’ “Supergirl” and appearances in Freeform’s “Pretty Little Liars,” Berris has a role in “Wrong Swipe,” a new Lifetime movie about two sisters, a dating app, and a seriously disturbed match. It premieres Saturday, February 13 at 8pm.
Poor Anna (Anna Hutchison)  has had a tough time getting close to people ever since her father died and her relationship with her boyfriend ended. Having lost interest in dating, she focuses on school and taking care of her mom and sister, Sasha (Karissa Lee Staples). With Anna’s best interest at heart, Sasha creates a profile for her on Swipe—a dating app that matches users via GPS.

Although Anna is reluctant, she gives the app a try and receives messages from several potential suitors. However, they all pale in comparison to handsome and charming Pete (Philipp Karner). Then Anna starts to get disturbing messages and notifications that a match is very close to her proximity when no one should be. Anxious and paranoid, she pushes Pete away, not knowing who to trust. Anna ends up pitted against a stalker, who looks to be a match from hell prepared to kill for love.

Berris plays Todd, a bespectacled student in one of Anna’s classes. (You can see him at the 18 second mark in the promo video below.) Might he be the one sending her creepy texts? As “DAYS” fans know, Berris would certainly be up to the  task.

“Wrong Swipe” debuts Saturday, February 13 at 8pm. It also airs Sunday, February 14 at 12am, 7pm and 11 pm.
