AMC PreVUE: Week of March 28 Edition

( — A look at what’s happening on “All My Children” during the week of March 28, 2011.

Frankie’s biological clock is ticking on Monday, March 28, but is Randi’s? Colby & Asher have a misunderstanding. Despite receiving a harsh rejection, Caleb tells Erica that he’ll wait for her. Erica finds Jack & Krystal in a compromising position on Tuesday, March 29. Jack agrees to Erica’s proposition after she opens up to him. Caleb learns Jack & Erica have left to elope. Bianca gets great news about the custody case. On Wednesday, March 30, Marissa is affected when she realizes JR is behind Reese’s change of heart. Amanda calls Cara out on Friday, April 1. Jake & Amanda seem to be in a good place. Tad cheers Cara up.

The Inside Story: Gone Too Soon
Jake & Tad throw a party for Angie. The brothers give Angie & Jesse a touching present. Angie reveals how scared she really is on Monday, March 28. Jesse and the other guests do their best to reassure her. Jesse & Angie take a walk down memory lane at the Justice of the Peace parlor where they first got married. Angie realizes something is very wrong. Unable to get help on the scene, Jesse takes action as Angie goes into labor. On Wednesday, March 30, a crushed Jesse delivers his stillborn daughter, Ellie, just as Brot arrives on the scene. Jesse makes a split-second decision when he hears an abandoned newborn crying in Brot’s patrol car. Brot goes along with Jesse’s story and the pair introduce a happy Angie to “her” baby. The baby’s young mother, Maya, meanwhile turns up at PVH seeking care. After securing Angie at the hospital with baby Lucy, Jesse returns to Ellie’s unmarked grave and begs his little girl to forgive him for what he’s done.

A Closer Look: Every Step You Take
Despite themselves, Kendall & Griffin end up having a good time on their “date” on Monday, March 28. On their “date”, Ricky loses his cool when Cara balks at his not so subtle suggestion. Tad breaks up the tense scene. Ricky watches Kendall & Griffin. Kendall explains to Greenlee that it’s easy being around Griffin because he knows she just needs a friend as Griffin insists to Cara that that is all they are. On Thursday, March 31, Griffin & Kendall both grapple with a bit of disappointment following Kendall’s announcement that she is beginning work on freeing the funds for the MC expansion – which will allow the doctor to return to the field. Kendall & Griffin discuss the recent awkwardness between them. Ricky extends an invite to Kendall and the boys. News of Kendall expediting the sale of the casino does nothing to douse Ricky’s seduction plans much to Diana’s chagrin.

All My Children News and Headlines:

  • JR and Marissa continue to grow closer.
  • Greenlee gives an antagonistic Emma something to think about.
  • Jesse grows concerned about his new daughter.
  • Ricky commits a heinous crime; and then sets Griffin up for a major fall.
  • Liza and David take their personal connection to the next level.

Underwood's 'Life' Not Ending as Planned

( — Despite earlier reports to the contrary, it now appears as if Friday, April 8 will not be Brittany Underwood’s last airdate as Langston Wilde on “One Life to Live” after all.  But that doesn’t mean that fans should get their hopes up that the show has had a sudden change of heart and decided to keep Underwood, who has been with “OLTL” since 2006, on the canvas.

Instead, the actress will be leaving the following week.  On Tuesday, April 12, Langston shocks her best gal pal Starr (Kristen Alderson) with the news that she is leaving town to work on a movie, at the request of adopted mum Dorian (Robin Strasser).  That’s right, it seems that she and David (Tuc Watkins) learn of some unrest on the set of “Vicker Man: The David Vickers Story,” and decide to take over as the film’s producers.  Futhermore, they want Langston to pen the script for the biopic which, of course, means she has to relocate in order to do so.  So much for a dramatic exit…

On a related note, Jason Tam makes his brief return as Markko Rivera on Monday, April 11. But just what brings Markko back?  Judging by the timing, it could mean that he is working on the movie as well.  Remember that he is a film student at UCLA, after all.  What do you think?

      Y&R Recap: Thursday, March 24, 2011

( — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Thursday, March 24, 2011.

Victoria is excited that she and Billy will be having Lucy's christening soon. As she's about to run errands, she gets a call from the pastor telling her that there's a problem regarding Lucy's birth certificate. Before Victoria can ask any further, Billy tells her he'll handle things.

Victor tells Michael that he wants to discuss making arrangements to settle. A stunned Michael tells Victor to think things through, but Victor tells him, he's made up his mind. Diane, who is there, quickly excuses herself and is immediately on Nick's doorstep. She wants to know how Victor knows about the two of them. Nick tells her he didn't say anything. Before she leaves, she tells Nick about Victor working with Michael on a settlement plan.

Nikki, who is talking with Vance, purposely tries to make Deacon angry. She soon excuses herself for a brief moment. Vance then calls Michael to tell him that he's turning up the heat for Victor to settle. Michael soon overhears him talking to the waitress about Nikki joining him for lunch. Once off of the phone, Michael tells Victor that Vance might be up to something, and tells him about Nikki. Victor makes arrangements to be at Gloworm to see what's going on.

Abby is excited to meet Martin Beenum regarding putting The Naked Heiress on cable. Things are going good until he tells her that they should use the outcome of the lawsuit as a springboard for the first season. She stresses that she doesn't want to use her family problems for her show. Martin tells her that drama is what sells and what she's been through would be great to get viewers. Martin soon leaves when Abby still refuses to go that route.

When Jana receives a note from someone to meet them to discuss about the baby she was asking about at the church, she heads out and finds herself meeting Agnes, the young woman that saw her at the church a few days ago. Agnes starts probing to find out about the baby Jana was asking about. Jana tells her that she's looking to help a friend find her baby. Agnes soon breaks down and tells her about a horrible woman she sold her baby to.

Billy learns from the pastor that without an original birth certificate he won't be able to christen Lucy. Billy promises him that he'll get it for him and the christening will go as planned. He calls Primrose and demands that they meet. When she arrives, Billy lashes out about her costly errors and demands that she fix the problem that minute. When she makes the corrections on the birth certificates, Billy warns her that he better not have to contact her again with any other problems for her to correct.

Nick tells Victoria about their father wanting to settle. She is surprised but ready to get her hands on Beauty of Nature as planned. When he asks about Abby, Victoria tells him that she'll work on her to get her to be on their side. Shortly, Abby arrives and Victoria tells her about Victor's plans to settle. She soon starts to sweet talk about into doing as she wants her to do. Abby initially refuses to be a part of it, but Victoria not wanting to give up, works her over until the young woman says yes.

Michael tells Daniel that Phyllis hired a private investigator to search for Daisy. He says that there is a possible lead that he's going to check out. Daniel tells him that he wants to join him in finding her.

Video: Kourtney Kardashian Frustrated By 'One Life' Debut

( — Entertainment Tonight gives viewers a sneak peek at reality TV socialite Kourtney Kardashian‘s March 28 appearance on “One Life to Live,” in which the heiress admits it was “definitely a lot more than I thought I was agreeing to.”

The clip, from this Sunday’s episode of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York,” shows just how worried Kardashian was about memorizing her lines for the soap, in which she will play attorney Kassanda Kavanaugh, telling her sister Kim and boyfriend/baby daddy Scott Disick, “I literally thought I would have two lines and my script is so long.”  The apprehension soon spills over to the set when she went to tape her scenes (back in November), much to the apparent frustration of “One Life’s” Executive Producer Frank Valentini.

Kardashian also expresses hesitation at having to kiss David Fumero (Cristian Vega) on screen.  “I’m not an actress.  I just don’t feel like kissing some random guy.  There’s no way I could kiss that face,” she states after looking up Fumero’s picture online.

Be sure to watch “Kourtney & Kim Take New York” Sunday night at 10:00 pm ET on E! for more Kardashian drama as she takes both New York City and Llanview by storm.
