New episodes of The CW’s “The Flash” don’t premiere until October, but we already have some idea of what’s about to happen: “The Young and the Restless” alum Hartley Sawyer (ex-Kyle Abbott) has joined the cast for the upcoming fourth season of the series in the recurring role of Ralph Dibny (aka Elongated Man).

Five years since departing CBS’ “The Young and the Restless,” actor Peter Porte (ex-Ricky Williams) has made a name for himself with appearances in such shows as “NCIS,” “Living with Models” and more recently starring as Brad on “Baby Daddy.” On Saturday, August 5, the actor will star opposite Amanda Righetti (“Colony,” “The Mentalist”) in the Hallmark Channel original movie, “Love at the Shore.”

“Timeless” star Abigail Spencer (ex-Becca Tyree, “All My Children”) is heading to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital now that she’s taken over the role of Megan Hunt on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy.”

Sri Rao (“General Hospital: Night Shift”) has signed on to write and executive produce an untitled Bollywood comedy for ABC alongside Priyanka Chopra.

Lifetime has ordered a fourth season of “UnREAL” ahead of the third season launch, set for early 2018. Series features “OLTL” alum Josh Kelly (ex-Cutter).

Former “Devious Maids” and “Entourage” star Dania Ramirez (ex-Rosie Falta) was said to be joining the upcoming seventh season of “Once Upon a Time” as a series regular, but now comes word from ABC that she’ll not only be playing the mother of an adult Henry’s child, but she’ll also be playing a different version of the beloved Cinderella.

Another finale, another tragedy for the Adams-Foster family on “The Fosters,” as Callie (Maia Mitchell) suffers a heartbreaking loss. The episode airs Monday, March 28 on Freeform.

Kristina Wagner opened up about life with and without ex-husband Jack Wagner (Frisco Jones) in a recent episode of “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” on OWN. The pair, of course, fell in love while playing a soap opera supercouple on “General Hospital” in the 1980s.

From crime lord to crime drama. “General Hospital’s” Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) is guest-starring on ABC’s “Castle.” The actor will appear in the 19th episode of Season 8 of the ABC drama, which looks to be airing in April, with Jonathan Silverman.

Another former daytime star has joined the cast of “Devious Maids.” Sean Blakemore, remembered as Shawn Butler on “General Hospital” has boarded the Season 4 cast of the Lifetime series.
