"Guiding Light" alums to take part in "The 16th Annual Daytime Stars and Strikes for Autism" virtual event taking place on Saturday, June 27.
"Guiding Light" stars reunite for two consecutive weeks of virtual hangouts as fans reminisce with their favorite Springfield residents.
After 72 years on air between radio and television, CBS's "Guiding Light" will cease broadcasting on the CBS Television Network due to low ratings. Love may save the world, but apparently it wasn't enough to save television's longest running daytime drama.
