Primetime game show “Hollywood Squares” is getting a special daytime run during the week of January 27-31 on CBS with encore episodes airing at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. CT/PT.
CBS is moving “Hollywood Squares” to an earlier time slot beginning Wednesday, January 29, now kicking off the network’s primetime game night programming block.
Directed by filmmaker Matt Wolf, production is currently underway on “Soaps,” a documentary film exploring the family dynasty behind “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
Shemar Moore, Wayne Brady and the cast of “Beyond the Gates” to be featured in “On TV: A Black History Month Special” airing Monday, February 17 on CBS.
“The Talk” concluded its 15-season run last month with record-low ratings. Its performance will help set the barometer for the future success of “Beyond the Gates.”
Linda Barker Laundra, best known for directing and producing hundreds of hours of daytime television while at “All My Children,” “Another World” and “Guiding Light,” has died. She was 79 years old.
“Days of our Lives,” “Jane the Virgin” and “The Bold and the Beautiful” actor Francisco San Martin has died. The 39-year-old committed suicide, per L.A. Coroner.
