ABC has canceled “Doctor Odyssey,” the network’s high-profile medical drama from executive producer Ryan Murphy that stars Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson.
Josh Kelly has officially dropped to recurring status at “General Hospital” after previously appearing on the show as a contract player since June 2022. He plays Cody Bell on the soap.
“Live with Kelly and Mark” remained the top talk show among all key measures, including Women 18-49 and Women 25-54, during the week of June 9-13, 2025.
Series creator Michele Val Jean has addressed the upcoming week of “Beyond the Gates” repeats scheduled by CBS and thanked fans for their passion for the show.

“The View” moderator Whoopi Goldberg has joined the long-running Italian soap opera “Un posto al sole” (translated to “A Place in the Sun”) in a recurring capacity.

In addition to joining the show as an executive producer, Tracey Thomson (“Secrets of Sulphur Springs”) has also officially taken over as co-head writer of “Beyond the Gates.”
Although a reason was not cited by CBS, “Beyond the Gates” will air encores of its first five episodes, in place of originals, during the week of June 30-July 4, 2025.
