On “Beyond the Gates,” Joey (Jon Lindstrom) and Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) get caught in the act by Vanessa’s husband, Doug (Jason Graham). Ironic, considering Joey admits to Vanessa he has no problem lying to Doug if it means keeping her around him in the long run. Meanwhile, Nicole sets Ted (Keith D. Robinson) straight.
Elsewhere, Eva (Ambyr Michelle) comforts Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant), who sobbingly declares, “I’m not some low-class joke. I am somebody.” Later, Kat (Colby Muhammad), Jacob (Jibre Hordges) and Madison (Kenjah) put their lives at risk as the Dupree family rushes to save Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) from the deranged Allison (Brianna Roberts).
