This week on “General Hospital,” Spencer and Esme are presumed dead (Nicholas Chavez and Avery Kristen Pohl), leaving Port Charles to mourn their loved ones. A devastated Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) wonders if there is anything she could have done to prevent what happened to her grandnephew. Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) has more questions than he has answers. Elsewhere, Drew (Cameron Mathison) remains out for Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) blood, and even Carly (Laura Wright) can’t stop him from seeking revenge.
