Things are getting crazy next week on “Days of our Lives” when one couple breaks things off, another might finally set things off, and two other pairings look to involve unrequited affection. Here’s a look at what to expect during the week of May 3-7, 2021 on the daytime drama series.

First up, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) is seemingly giving love advice to Tripp (Lucas Adams), who’s been wanting to see where things go with his growing attraction to Allie (Lindsay Arnold), only instead of getting to enjoy his time with Lucas and Sami’s daughter, Tripp will find by promos end Allie’s lips pressed against the mouth of Chanel’s (Precious Way). Uh, oh! Meanwhile, Kate (Lauren Koslow) breaks up with Jake (Brandon Barash) who later shares an eye-popping moment with Gabi (Camila Banus). Later, while sharing his growing affection for Ava (Tamara Braun), Rafe (Galen Gering) is surprised to hear of Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) jealousy over his interest in Ava.
Getting into specifics, on the Monday, May 3 episode, look for Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Chad (Billy Flynn) to question Abigail (Marci Miller) about Gwen’s (Emily O’Brien) fall, which, of course, Gwen uses to her advantage when she comes up with a horrific lie.
On Tuesday, May 4, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) puts the pressure on Sami to get rid of Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) while on Wednesday, May 5, Belle (Martha Madison) comes to a stunning realization regarding Charlie’s (Mike Manning) murder as things get testy between Bonnie (Judi Evans) and Jan (Heather Lindell).
Coming to a head on the Friday, May 7 episode, look for Sami (Alison Sweeney) to reach into her old bag of tricks in order to help Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) get out of a jam while Kate has to fight for her life.
