Denise Richards might be wreaking havoc on her supposed best friend’s life weekdays on “The Bold and the Beautiful” as Shauna Fulton but she’ll soon be taking on pirates in the new feature film “Timecrafters: The Treasure of Pirate’s Cove” when it hits the big screen next month for a limited engagement courtesy of Fathom Events, in conjunction with AMC and Cinemark Theatres. The sci-fi action-adventure film also stars “Days of our Lives” alum Patrick Muldoon (ex-Austin Reed).

In “Timecrafters,” the first film of a planned franchise, four kids find an ancient treasure map and use high-tech gadgetry to decipher its clues, while eluding their parents, including Victoria Dare (Richards) and Jackson Dare (Muldoon), and some unsavory characters lurking in town. When the town’s wacky Mayor announces a plan to ditch the town’s pirate theme in lieu of a new “Dino-World” moniker the kids really need to find the lost treasure and save their town from the Mayor’s devious plans.

Fathom Events has booked 500 screens across the country for the film which will be available to view for a limited engagement starting Saturday, December 12. Additional screenings are available on Sunday, December 13 and Tuesday, December 15. To find participating theater locations and to purchase tickets, visit FathomEvents.com.
