With a hard “R” rating, “As The World Turns” alum Billy Magnussen (ex-Casey Hughes) shows his wild side as Nicky Sloane in the raunchy film “Ingrid Goes West,” set for wide release on Friday, August 25.
The film follows an obsessed Ingrid Thorburn (Aubrey Plaza) who stalks the social media pages of others while confusing “likes” as meaningful relationships. Her latest prey? Taylor Sloane (Elizabeth Olsen), an Instagram-famous “influencer” whose perfectly curated, boho-chic lifestyle becomes Ingrid’s latest obsession. Choosing to move to Los Angeles in order to get closer to Taylor, the social follower immediately finds her connection isn’t as #BFF as she’d like as things quickly turn #WTF.

Magnussen plays Taylor’s brother in the film, Nicky, who begins to suspect what Ingrid is up to which leaves Taylor with no choice but to get rid of him.
