Ron Carlivati Reveals ‘DAYS’ Debut Date

It’s been months since it was announced that Ron Carlivati would be taking over head writing duties at “Days of our Lives” and we’re finally just weeks away from seeing where he plans to take the folks of Salem.

Carlivati, who previously served as head writer of “General Hospital” and “One Life to Live,” announced on Twitter earlier today that his first scripts will begin airing on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 with episode #13,132. The episode was filmed on February 17, 2017 and was submitted to producers on February 3, 2017.

In addition to revealing the first script’s airdate, the Daytime Emmy Award winning writer also shared a teaser from the script which begins in the Horton Town Square with John (Drake Hogestyn) roaming about drinking in the town as Kate (Lauren Koslow) exits a boutique.
