What is your New Year’s resolution?
“To find more conflict in the work! I mean, really, I’m very happy to be there, and I don’t have to find a way to be happy in the job. I love the job. I love the work, and I love the people, and it’s a good, wonderful thing for us all to do together, so I don’t need to modify that at all. I’m pretty boring that way, because I’m pretty happy to be where I am. But I do wish for more conflict.”

What should Eric’s New Year’s resolution be?
“He should listen to other people a little more and not just say, ‘Yeah, everything is fine.’ So when Donna says, ‘She’s crazy!’ He should go, ‘What?’ and listen instead of saying, ‘No, she’s not!’”
