(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — On today’s episode of “General Hospital” look for the returns of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and Anthony Zacchara (Bruce Weitz), the two most powerful and evil members of their respective family empires.

First up, Johnny (Brandon Barash) pays his father a visit with the intention of taking back the reins of the Zacchara family. What makes that confusing, at least to me, is that once Claudia (Sarah Joy Brown) married Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Sonny was placed in charge of the Zacchara family business. Without that, what does Johnny think he’ll get out of daddy?

Meanwhile, Helena returns to Port Charles to see her grandson Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), who just might be the father of Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) baby care of their affair. As previously reported, Elizabeth will learn the identity of “Who’s the Daddy?” during the week of February 22.

Helena is expected to remain on the show for a number of episodes, while Anthony is not.

“General Hospital” airs Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet.
