Dan Gauthier Brings Kevin Buchanan Back to ‘Life’

Monday, August 24, 2009 4:59 PM ET | By Scotty Gore

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — Soap Opera Digest is reporting that Dan Gauthier will reprise the role as Kevin Buchanan on “One Life to Live” briefly this fall.

From 2003-2006, Gauthier portrayed Viki and Clint’s eldest son Kevin (nicknamed ‘Kevin Eleven’ by the soap’s producers, to indicate the number of times the role has been recast over the years), before receiving his walking papers from the sudser.  However, he would briefly return for two episodes in August of 2007, in celebration of “One Life to Live’s” 10,000th episode.

No word yet on either Gauthier’s first airdate, or exactly how long he his stint will last.  It also remains to be seen if Kevin will be returning to Llanview alone, or if he will be bringing someone back with him.
