IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Bianca breaks the news to Ryan that David told her he and Greenlee were working things out. After being brought to the police station, Greenlee is joined by David and Mayor Iris who thanks them for their support. Greenlee accuses David of pulling a stunt just to scare her since he knew she was visiting with Ryan. David sets up a romantic dinner for two in their hotel room but Greenlee’s not having it.

Angie learns that the experimental drug for her vision is working but also gets the news that she’s pregnant. If she wants to carry the baby to term she is going to have to stop taking the medication.

Jesse’s desire to keep investigating David gets to Natalia and she tells her father to settle down.

Susan Lucci Lands Book Deal

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — Life imitates art as the actress who plays author Erica Kane on “All My Children” goes to publication.

It Books, an imprint of the prestigious publisher HarperCollins, reported yesterday that daytime’s biggest star Susan Lucci (Erica Kane, “All My Children”) will be penning a memoir to be released in 2011.

The currently untitled book will cover the Emmy-winners career including her 40 years as the star of “AMC,” her other numerous television and stage projects and of course her harrowing, much-publicized journey for her first (and to-this-point only) Lead Actress win at the Daytime Emmy’s.

Lucci is currently in the middle of a long summer vacation and is expected to return to the Los Angeles set of “AMC” to begin taping again in September.

  • Monday: Angie tells Jesse about her vision condition. Marissa accepts Caleb’s work offer. Annie tells JR her divorce to Adam was necessary.
  • Tuesday: Ryan goes back to the hospital. Can Greenlee outsmart David? Angie makes a plea for Jesse.
  • Wednesday: Greenlee goes through David’s stuff and is caught. Liza faces off with Colby. Liza admits to Tad she switched his son’s medication with placebos.
  • Thursday: Annie tells Scott she wants to elope. Damon and Colby make plans to leave Pine Valley for good. Angie makes it clear she will not terminate her pregnancy.

    Téa and Dani are still in New York, but realize Todd made the trip possible and head back to be in the courtroom when he testifies in Cole’s trial.

    Being forced by the judge to prosecute Cole, Nora hopes to find a way to help him. Todd will be her first witness and she expects him to tear Cole to shreds. As the trail begins, Todd has a change of heart. Eli intercepts a call from Hannah to Cole and threatens her.

    Inez worries that she will lose her home. Nate talks to Bo and apologizes for all he’s done. After an upsetting meeting with Ford, Inez gets pulled over by Bo for driving erratically.

    Rex and Kelly run into a road block when trying to get the correct documents at the Hall of Records in Boston.
