On Sunday, January 19, “CBS News Sunday Morning” will take viewers behind-the-scenes of “Beyond the Gates,” the brand new daytime drama series coming to CBS.
The cast, crew and executive producers of CBS’ “Beyond the Gates” gathered together outside the show’s Atlanta, Georgia studio for a ribbon cutting ceremony, table read and special time capsule.
With CBS developing its first new daytime soap since 1987 and the first with a prominently Black cast since 1989, soap icon Victoria Rowell says, “Change is Possible!”
“We’re so focused on getting it right,” says George Cheeks, President and CEO of CBS, on “The Gates,” the network’s new daytime soap currently in development.
