Alexa Havins (“All My Children”) has reportedly been cast as Lulu Spencer on ABC’s “General Hospital,” marking an end to an exhausting search.
“General Hospital” is recasting the role of Lulu Spencer, a character last played by Emme Rylan, who says while she’s “disappointed,” she’s also glad to have “closure.”
