The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s office has officially listed “General Hospital” actress Lindsey Pearlman’s manner and cause of death.
Citing law enforcement sources, TMZ is reporting that “General Hospital” actress Lindsey Pearlman left behind two suicide notes before she was found dead in her car last week.
The coroner’s office has “deferred, pending additional investigation” the cause of death of “General Hospital” actress Lindsey Pearlman.
After being reported missing by her family days earlier, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed today that a body has been found to be that of “General Hospital” actress Lindsey Pearlman.
