AMC Recap: Thursday, April 28, 2011

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “All My Children” Episode Recap – Thursday, April 28, 2011.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Erica succeeds in breaking through the initial door of the dwelling but finds herself face to face with a brick wall. She decides to hide her food and make it appear that she’s not eating. When the captor comes back he/she has a scrapbook of Erica’s life and wants to go through it together but Erica isn’t interested. Erica’s convinced the captor is Krystal but the captor claims Erica doesn’t know her at all. After misinterpreting a close moment with Jackson, Krystal is embarrassed and leaves. Krystal tries to quit working for Jackson but he tells her she’s not going anywhere. After seeing an old interview with Erica discussing her many marriages, Jackson becomes frustrated. Bianca encourages Jackson to keep an open mind since he doesn’t know the full story yet.

Kendall tells Cara and Tad that Griffin has gone off to Afghanistan with renegade doctors and asked her to deliver the message. Cara’s hit with the feeling that for a moment she finally had family again but now that Griffin’s gone it’s lost. Kathy and Jenny approach Cara and tell her that she hasn’t lost her family. The outpouring of love from Tad and the girls brings a tear to her eye.

Kendall fills Bianca in on all that’s going on and Bianca wants to help her nail Ricky. Griffin teaches Kendall how to defend herself and in doing so they wind up exceptionally close. The moment’s broken when Kendall gets a call from Ricky asking to see her right now.

On the Next All My Children…

  • Kendall continues to play Ricky.
  • Caleb rebuffs Asher’s suggestion of recording a video for Erica, afraid that it could go viral.
