(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “All My Children” Episode Recap – Thursday, October 14, 2010.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Caleb believes that the company’s success will be strengthened if it’s run alongside Erica and the two shake on their agreement to work side by side, as seamless as possible, on behalf of both the company and Palmer. Caleb confides in Opal that he feels taking over Palmer’s company and assuming his last name has given him a second chance at becoming a new man.

Opal is upset with Scott for betraying Palmer. Erica tries to convince Scott to claim that JR had a hand in the thievery. Deeply concerned for Scott, Annie goes to see him.

Greenlee wishes David would have turned out to be the man he had the potential to be.  Liza understands and accepts Jackson’s apology for his behavior in court. Ryan tells Annie he needs her to be more available for Emma. Ryan insists if there is any doubt about proving Greenlee’s innocence then he will confess to David’s murder. Liza offers Greenlee one last plea bargain which Jackson turns down. Jackson and Liza both present strong opening statements to the jury.

On the Next All My Children…

  • Jake is questioned on the stand.
  • Scott suggests to Annie that she should run away.
  • JR tries to convince Marissa that Caleb is using her.

“All My Children” airs Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet. Check local listings.
