IT HAPPENED TODAY…
Todd contests the portion of Téa’s will that would give custody of Dani to Ross. The judge puts Todd, Blair and Ross each on the stand. Dani and Destiny hide behind a bench in the back of the hearing room listening to events unfold, until Dani make herself known. The judge decides to hear from Dani and puts her on the stand.
Nate takes a tentative step toward getting to know Ford and they learn they have a common interest in film. Langston confesses to Starr her role in Ford’s undoing. James learns the grant for which he was going to apply is already spoken for. An upset James kisses Starr.
During Matthew’s first day at BE he walks in as Clint receives a debriefing about David. Matthew only catches enough to suggest that his uncle is potentially up to something unsavory. Clint explains that his work at BE requires a certain ruthlessness. Kelly takes a BE security key card when she visits Clint and passes it off to Rex. Rex uses the key card to gain entry to Clint’s office and discovers evidence that Clint has ordered David’s imprisonment.
Gigi tells Rex she got the grant for LU. Clint encounters an upset Inez, and Kelly is confronted by Gigi who thinks they need to have a talk about Rex.
