The CW Helping in Support of Hurricane Harvey Relief Effort

In addition to the American Red Cross, there are a number of other organizations that have pledged their time and resources to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey. In their pledge to help, The CW has teamed up with the Texas Flood and Hurricane Relief to raise donations for victims of Hurricane Harvey. For every donation, 100% of every dollar raised will go to those affected.

CBS Acquires Australia’s Network Ten; Airs ‘B&B’ and ‘Neighbours’

In a late Sunday night press release, CBS Corporation announced that it has agreed to acquire Australia's Network Ten for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes the core linear broadcast network TEN, digital terrestrial television channel (DTT) ELEVEN, which CBS already owned a 33 percent stake in, the DTT channel ONE and Network Ten’s rapidly growing digital platform, TENPLAY. Ratings: ABC Attracts 7.9 Million Viewers During Eclipse Coverage

ABC's "The Great American Eclipse" brought in the most viewers of any network, cable or broadcast, during the network's coverage of the first total solar eclipse in 38 years on Monday, August 21.
