It’s a baby kind of day today: Not only are “The Young and the Restless’” Robert Adamson (Noah Newman) and “The Bold and the Beautiful’s’” Linsey Godfrey expecting their first child together (which you can read more about here), “One Life to Live” alums Kamar de los Reyes (ex-Antonio Vega) and Sherri Saum (ex-Keri Reynolds; Lena, “The Fosters”) are reportedly expecting twins!
“[The pair] are so thrilled to welcome the little ones into the world in early summer,” says Saum’s rep in a statement shared with US Weekly.
“We are so excited,” Saum adds via Twitter, where she also posted a sonogram picture. “No plans to bring this into the show, they already have so many amazing stories to tell — we’ll work it out somehow!”

“The Young and the Restless’” Robert Adamson (Noah Newman) and “The Bold and the Beautiful’s’” Linsey Godfrey (Caroline Spencer) have good news to share: The couple are expecting a baby together!
Adamson shared the happy news on Facebook that Godfrey is carrying his child; a picture of her sonogram photo was included. “Guess What?! How do I tag a future family member?” he wrote. “Should I make it a page? — with Linsey Michelle.”
The actor later posted another update announcing that Godfrey is 11 ½ weeks along in her pregnancy.

Former “One Life to Live” star Brittany Underwood (ex-Langston Wilde; ex-Loren Tate, “Hollywood Heights”) has announced on her YouTube Channel that on Tuesday, June 4 she will be releasing her debut EP. While no title has been announced at this time, the actress and singer released her debut music video directed by Robert Adamson (Noah Newman, “The Young and the Restless”) on February 28, entitled “Flow.” The song, which is expected to be part of Underwood’s EP, features appearances by “General Hospital‘s” Kristen Alderson (Kiki Jerome) and Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos) as well as ” Heights” co-star from “Heights,”Ashley Holliday (Melissa Sanders).
A CBS spokesperson has confirmed to Soap Opera Network that actress Jhoanna Flores has completed her run as Adriana Stone on ”The Young and the Restless” with her last airdate being Tuesday, April 9. The actress joined the series on January 4 as the onscreen sister of Ignacio Serricchio‘s Alejandro “Alex” Chavez. The news was first reported by Daytime Confidential.
Flores’ acting credits include stints on ABC Family’s “Greek,” CBS’ “Criminal Minds” and the 1990′s ABC sitcom “Two of a Kind.” Flores appeared in the 2007 film “Her Best Move” with Daytime Emmy Award winner Drew Tyler Bell (ex-Thomas Forrester, “The Bold and the Beautiful“).
Tuesday, March 26 marks the 40th anniversary of “The Young and the Restless’” very first episode, and in celebration, the show is offering up plenty of special glimpses into its iconic past. For starters, the soap’s official website currently features 40th Anniversary photo galleries and videos, and there’s an option for fans to answer trivia questions for a chance to win a VIP trip to Los Angeles to tour the set and attend the show’s on-set Anniversary event. Just hours after news broke that “The Young and the Restless’” star Emme Rylan (Abby Newman) was leaving the show and headed to play “General Hospital’s” Lulu Spencer, word spread that the soap had already replaced her! Soap Opera Digest grants Daytime Confidential‘s Jamey Giddens his wish. On Wednesday, August 15, Giddens had posted a Wishful Casting report shortly after word broke that Kevin Schmidt was out as Noah Newman on CBS’” The Young and the Restless.” The writer figured that Nickelodeon’s “Hollywood Heights” actor Robert Adamson (Phil Sanders) would fit the role perfectly. Today the magazine reported on its Facebook page that Adamson is now heading to Genoa City!
According to Digest, Adamson begins taping at “Y&R” on Tuesday, September 4. His first airdate is scheduled for Monday, October 1.
Jill Farren Phelps and Josh Griffith, the newly installed executive producer and head writer, respectively, at “Y&R” also served in the same capacities at “Heights.”
No word on whether Adamson has been offered a contract. Schmidt had portrayed Noah while on recurring status.
