Nic Robuck (ex-James Ford, "One Life to Live") has landed his first feature film role, reports ABC Soaps In Depth. The actor has signed on to play the lead in the film "A Dark Plan."

As we previously reported, "One Life to Live" was forced to replace Brandon Buddy with Van Hughes in the role of Cole Thornhart just one day after Buddy reprised the character for an upcoming storyline with ex-girlfriend Starr Manning (Kristen Alderson). Now the actor has taken to Twitter to apologize to fans for the sudden turn of events.

Looks like another ghostly return for "One Life to Live." John Wesley Shipp, who played the abusive father of the Ford brothers and ex-husband of their mom Inez Salinger (Jessica Leccia) appears to be headed back to Llanview for the show's final days on the air. But just what brings the murdered deadbeat dad back to the canvas?

Developing at Soap Opera Network... a number of actors are privately and publicly confirming they will not be joining "One Life to Live" when it goes online via Prospect Park's Online Network.

Llanview comings and goings for the month of October.
