As we get closer to daytime's biggest night, taking place on Sunday, May 1, the industry is abuzz today over which actors were submitted for a pre-nomination for the "The 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards," presented by The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). With at least two actors per show for each category (exception being Supporting Actress) several of daytime television's biggest and brightest stars are looking to vie for the coveted trophy that celebrates their hard work during calendar year 2015.

In the current issue of TV Guide, on newsstands now, the magazine examines the four remaining daytime soaps consisting of "The Bold and the Beautiful," "Days of our Lives," "General Hospital" and "The Young and the Restless" and how FOX's "Empire" may have influenced a push for more diversity in 2015 during love in the afternoon.
Kristoff St. John and Victoria Rowell, the duo who played Neil and Drucilla Winters on "The Young and the Restless" for over a decade, are back together again in a new project -- the UPtv movie "A Baby for Christmas," airing Sunday, December 13 at 7 pm and 9 pm. And St. John says it was a "joyous" reunion.

As it gears up to broadcast its first major awards telecast with the "42nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards" on Sunday, April 26, Pop has released the Daytime Emmy Nominee Reels for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. Competing this year for the coveted trophy are Scott Clifton as Liam Spencer and Jacob Young as Rick Forrester, respectively, on "The Bold and the Beautiful," Chad Duell as Michael Corinthos on "General Hospital" and Kristoff St. John as Neil Winters on "The Young and the Restless."

“The Young and the Restless’” Gina Tognoni is having the time of her life. Just seven months after reporting to the CBS Television City studio, where the daytime drama series is filmed, Tognoni is grateful for the warm welcome she’s received from viewers and the daytime community as a whole. Fresh off a pre-nomination in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series category, for her role as Phyllis Summers on “Y&R,” Tognoni shares with us what it’s like playing such an interesting and dynamic character, provides insight into the Phyllis, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kelly (Cady McClain) triangle, and which actors and characters she'd love to share more screen time with.
On Sunday, November 23, artist Julian St. John, the 24-year-old son of "The Young and the Restless'" Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) and professional boxer Mia St. John, was found unresponsive in the bathroom of a Long Beach facility. While cause of death has been listed as an apparent suicide, RadarOnline reports that the official cause of death has been delayed pending additional testing and a toxicology report.
It is with great sadness to report that Julian St. John, son of "The Young and the Restless'" Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters), has died. News of Julian's passing came to light from a posting by his mother, Mia, on Saturday, November 29. Julian St. John died on Sunday, November 23 from an apparent suicide.
Halloween hasn’t even happened yet, but “The Young and the Restless” fans are already getting one heck of a holiday present: It's been confirmed that Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) and Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla Winters) will both be appearing in an UPtv film, “Marry Us for Christmas!”
