There are lots of questions surrounding the Monday, April 29 launch of “All My Children” on The OnLine Network (TOLN), the main one being, “What can we expect?” Debbi Morgan (Angie Hubbard), Darnell Williams (Jessie Hubbard) and David Canary (Adam Chandler) took that question by storm during the show’s first official photo shoot in February, and while they couldn’t reveal storyline details, the three stars did open up about the high number of new and young faces on the show, how the shorter 30-minute time slot will affect their acting and how they feel about the women who hold Pine Valley’s future in their hands.
Prospect Park has asked “All My Children” cast members to keep a lid on details regarding the new Pine Valley — but did you really think they’d be able to keep quiet about everything for long? Heck no! There’s plenty of behind-the-scenes buzz flying around Facebook and Twitter, and from what we can tell, AMC 2.0 is going to rock your world! First of all, there’s a rumor going around that we may — just may — catch a glimpse of Dr. David Hayward’s yummy tush. If your heart is pumping a little faster over that bit of delicious news, he’ll no doubt be glad (he is a cardiologist, after all)! Could we also be privy to seeing Pine Valley’s other sexy doc, Griffin, in the nude? “I don’t know!” tweets portrayer Jordi Vilasuso. “I’ve heard things, but I haven’t been asked for the Full Monty.”
The OnLine Network (TOLN) has confirmed the following stars who have joined the cast of "All My Children." As previously reported, "All My Children" and "One Life to Live" began production on Monday, February 25 in Stamford, CT for new episodes scheduled to release later this spring on Hulu and iTunes. Today, The OnLine Network (TOLN) announced the following contract cast for the reboot of "AMC":
Actor Daniel Covin has been cast in the role of Hunter on TOLN's "All My Children." News of Covin's signing came about after the actor tweeted, "Hyped to let you know I just booked the role of Hunter on the all new #AllMyChildren!" The actor added, "I start filming on Thursday!"
“All My Children’s” Pine Valley has been a bit of ghost town since the show left the air back in 2011, but not any more: Monday, February 25 marked the first day that past and new actors alike stepped into TOLN’s version of the legendary soap’s fictional town in Stamford, Connecticut — and judging by actor tweets, it seems the first week of taping is going well!
Soap Opera Network has learned exclusively that Eric Nelsen has been cast as an aged AJ Chandler, son of JR Chandler (now played by Ryan Bittle) and Babe Chandler. Nelsen, who according to his IMDb was originally cast as Eric van der Woodsen on the CW's "Gossip Girl" before studio execs felt he was too young for the part, will be tackling the Pine Valley High School teen scene when he debuts on the series later this spring.
