“Days of our Lives” Charles Shaughnessy (Shane Donovan) has been a busy bee as of late! Not only is the former “The Nanny” actor popping up in Salem beginning Monday, November 18, he’s also appearing in an episode of the Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin, “The Young and the Restless”) produced Nickelodeon children’s show, “Deadtime Stories!”
Something wicked this way comes, and it’s all thanks to “The Young and the Restless’” Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin), producer of “Deadtime Stories,” a creepy yet charming children’s series premiering on Nickelodeon this week! As we promised in our teaser article about the series, Soap Opera Network caught up with the North Carolina native to get all of the behind-the-scenes scoop on producing the scary show in which he and “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Ashley Jones (Bridget Forrester; ex-Megan Dennison, “Y&R”) appear. As previously reported, CBS' "The Young and the Restless" is moving to TVGN (née TV Guide Network) beginning Monday, July 1, after spending just over 7 years on SOAPnet. The soap will continue airing same-day episodes Monday through Friday at 7:00 PM ET/PT. In the just released new promo, "Y&R" fans will see Kristoff St. John's Neil Winters and Angell Conwell's Leslie Michaelson having a heated convo that turns to passion. In addition to the promo, TVGN has also released the full episode of "The Young and the Restless On Set: InFanity," the special hosted by St. John that provided viewers with a behind the scenes look at the creation of Genoa City, on YouTube.

Dine Out With ‘Y&R’s’ Christian LeBlanc!

“The Young and the Restless’” Christian Jules LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin) has added yet another title to his resume: Co-chair of Dining Out for Life, an organization that encourages people to dine out at restaurants in New Orleans (on Thursday, July 18, specifically), which will help men, women and families in the community affected by HIV and AIDS.
As members of our SON Community Message Boards duly noted in their monthly "Y&R" discussion thread, Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren Fenmore) looked like she was on the verge of signing a contract with CBS' "The Young and the Restless." Bregman made it official when she tweeted a picture of herself signing on the dotted line. "It's official! Signing my new contract with @Official_YandR on the shows 40th anniversary. #grateful #YR40," her tweet read.
The peer votes have been cast, and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has announced the Drama Performer Pre-Nominations for the 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards!
