(SoapOperaNetwork.com) -- Could Arianne Zuker be returning to NBC's "Days of our Lives" in the near future? That's been the talk of "DAYS" message boards all weekend.

Reports abound that the actress, who left the soap in 2006, was returning to the role of Nicole Walker, which she originated in 1998.

Representatives for the actress were unavailable for comment at press time.

A "Days of our Lives" representative was unable to confirm nor deny reports that Zuker was returning to "DAYS."
