By Errol Lewis(SoapOperaNetwork.com) -- CBS soaps "The Young and the Restless" and "Guiding Light" tied their lowest household ratings in history while "As The World Turns," "The Bold and the Beautiful" and NBC's "Days of our Lives" are the only soaps to increase their viewership year-to-year.Continuing a trend it started earlier in the year, the ABC soaps continue to lose the most total viewers year-to-year with a combined loss of 1.7 million viewers.
