Jason Tam Sings ‘All I Want’

Although it was recorded over a year ago (February 6th, 2009 to be exact), it was only recently brought to our attention here at SON after Tam's "OLTL" co-star Brittany Underwood (Langston) tweeted about it last week.    The words and lyrics to the song, entitle "All I Want" were written by Daniel Maté.  Tam's performance was recorded live by Karen Marshall at the "Marry Me America: The Songs Of Daniel Maté" concert at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City. Backing up Tam on guitar was Daniel Maté; bass by Eric Day; beatboxing by Rob Broadhurst; and piano by Christopher D. Littlefield. The ABC soap may have just started taping in the recently vacated "All My Children" studios on Tuesday, but cast and crew are already feeling right at home in their new digs. Several "One Life" stars have taken to Twitter to voice their excitement over the show's move to a larger, upgraded studio. Kristen Alderon (Starr) has posted images of her new dressing room, and of the lobby of the building they now share with "The View." Soap Opera Digest is reporting that Thorsten Kaye and Alicia Minshew will both be making a short-term return to "All My Children" this April. Minshew, who has played Kendall Hart Slater since 2002, will first air on Friday, April 9. Kaye, who played Zach Slater from spring 2004 until earlier this year, will first air on Tuesday, April 13. It appears that the return episodes will focus on business partners and notorious frenemies Kendall and back-from-the-dead Greenlee (Rebecca Budig) dealing with the fateful events that went down in the winter of 2009.
