On Tuesday, January 7, ABC Family will run an all-day marathon of its most popular series, “Pretty Little Liars,” which will lead into the season premiere of the series and its spin-off, “Ravenswood.”

“After years of tormenting and numerous shocking revelations, the Liars are united and ready to kick some ‘A’ and uncover the truth. No longer just wanting to sit by and wait for “A’s” latest cruel attack, Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson; ex-Abigail Deveraux, “Days of our Lives”) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) take matters into their own hands and try to finally put a stop to their tormentor,” reads the description of the “PLL” marathon, which airs from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET/PT. All that leads into the the season premiere at 8:00 PM ET/PT, which finds the Liars still reeling from the events of the Ravenswood Founders Day Celebration. They seek answers into what happened to Ali (Sasha Pieterse).

TVGN, which yesterday announced plans to air marathon episodes of “The Tomorrow People,” “The Originals” and “Reign” on Saturday afternoons leading up to the return of new episodes to The CW, today announced that it will provide an all-day marathon of CBS’ “Hostages” on Sunday, January 5. The marathon begins at 1:00 PM ET/PT, starting with the series premiere, and will last until 2:00 AM ET/PT on Monday, January 6.

On Tuesday, January 14, legendary rocker Bruce Springsteen will release his 18th full length studio album, “High Hopes,” but for the first time you can listen to it in its entirety before it hits retail stores or even iTunes!

In collaboration with Springsteen, CBS will stream his full album on CBS.com immediately following the Sunday, January 5 broadcast of CBS’ hit legal drama, “The Good Wife.” According to the network, a special preview for the following week’s episode of “Wife” will feature music from Springsteen’s forthcoming album that will prompt viewers to visit CBS.com/Springsteen for a first listen. Additionally, three songs from the album – the title track “High Hopes,” “Hunter of Invisible Game” and “The Ghost of Tom Joad” - will be featured in the Sunday, January 12 episode of the series, entitled, “We, the Juries,” which finds Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Will (Josh Charles) each representing one-half of a couple accused of smuggling drugs. The collaboration with Springsteen marks the first time that the network’s website will host an album’s debut.

Just in time for all new episodes to premiere on The CW later this month, TVGN (TV Guide Network) announced today plans to run marathons of the broadcast network’s hit dramas “The Tomorrow People,” “The Originals” and “Reign.” Each series is scheduled to air back-to-back episodes on TVGN in all-day marathons beginning with their first episode.

“There is no better way to catch-up on great television than to binge every episode from the beginning of a series,” said Brad Schwartz, President of Entertainment and Media, TVGN. “If you haven’t seen these three shows that everyone is talking about, make a dent in your couch, turn the lights down, and catch up to the awesomeness that is ‘The Tomorrow People,’ ‘The Originals’ and ‘Reign.’”

According to TVLine, Luke Grimes is exiting HBO’s “True Blood” after reported creative differences with show producers over the future of his character, James. “He initially joined the show because he wanted to work with [his 'Forever' co-star] Deborah Ann Woll,” said an insider to the website. “But when he started reading the scripts for Season 7, he was disappointed to learn that they were going in a completely different direction with James.”

Grimes joined the cast of the series in season 6, which found James mostly sexing it up with Woll’s Jessica. He was expected to continue in the role through the upcoming seventh and final season, which begins shooting in late January. The role will be recast, says an HBO representative.

In an episode aptly titled “Dinner Party,” “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Darin Brooks (Wyatt Fuller) is returning to ABC’s “Super Fun Night” on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, which finds his character, Jason, and wife Jazmine (Ashley Tisdale), show up drunk to Jazmine’s sister’s dinner party.

Starring Rebel Wilson as Kimmie, Jazmine’s sister, Brooks first appeared on the show in the October 23 episode titled “Engagement Party,” when his character got engaged to Tisdale’s. This will mark the first time that the series refers to the couple as being married.

“Super Fun Night” airs Wednesdays at 9:30 PM ET/PT on ABC.

Fans of FX’s “The Americans,” starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, won’t have to wait too much longer before the spy drama series returns for its second season. FX announced yesterday that the show will debut a new batch of episodes beginning Wednesday, February 26 at 10:00 PM ET/PT.

As FX’s most-watched drama series launch ever with 5.1 million viewers tuning in for the January 2013 debut, “The Americans” follows Russell and Rhys as two KGB spies posing as Americans in suburban Washington D.C. shortly after Ronald Reagan is elected President. They play complicated married couple Philip and Elizabeth Jennings on the show. The series also stars Noah Emmerich, Holly Taylor, Keidrich Sellati, Annet Mahendru, Alison Wright and Susan Misner.
