Unresolved feelings…

THIS WEEK ON:GUIDING LIGHT

Frank has a confrontation with Sheila, the woman that set him up. Mallet informs Dinah that he’s going to find out who she paid to have Frank lose his job. Natalia and Rafe go to the trial of the man who hit Gus. While Natalia offers up forgiveness to Randy, the man who is on trial, Rafe threatens him and is hauled off by the police. Olivia tells Natalia she needs something to tie the bond she had with Gus; pointing that Natalia’ wedding ring is what she wants. Reva learns Hawk sold her life story to be made into a movie.

THE TROUBLE WITH LOVE IS…

Cassie and Josh continue to hit a snag in their relationship because of her cheating on him. Harley continues to waver on what she truly wants regarding Cyrus. Josh approaches Harley with the job of spying on Cassie, which she initially refuses to accept. She changes her mind, however, when she learns she’s maxed out on her credit cards. Josh, later asks Cyrus to keep his eyes out on Cassie.

Lizzie keeps Remy on her payroll to keep Ava out of Bill’s sight. When Ava learns that Bill will be working with Spaulding, she immediatetly takes steps to be his assistant, which irks Lizzie. Lizzie reminds Remy that his job is to get Ava to forget all about Bill. Beth, on the other hand, is pleased to be back in the Spaulding mansion and once again finds herself drawing closer to Alan.

Mallet, fed up with Dinah’s schemes, prepares to confront her, but immediately gets side-tracked when he sees Marina. Offering to take her out for a bite to eat, they are unaware that Dinah is watching them, obviously ticked at their closeness. When Marina sees Matt and Dinah together, she and Mallet follow them. Dinah uses Matt, while Mallet uses Marina, to make the other jealous. As Dinah apologizes to Matt for her actions, Marina on the other hand locks lips with Mallet.

Happiness and hearaches…

THIS WEEK ON:AS THE WORLDS TURNS

Alison becomes sick during her first day of nursing school. When Chris comforts her, a nurse assumes something else going on between them. Casey and Margo go another round with each other regarding Emily, who hires him back at the paper. Alison and Chris have a tense dinner with Bob and Kim. Sophie makes her move on Paul and as the two are about to make-love, Meg walks in on them. Mike later convinces an upset Meg to take out a restraining order out on Paul, and the two of them soon get closer, while Paul and Sophie finally give in to passion.

HAPPINESS AND PROBLEMS AWAIT THE SNYDERS…

Luke wants to move in with Noah and Ameera. Ameera reluctantly gives the bedroom for the two guys to share. The minute Luke and Noah fall into closeness with one another, Ameera makes things uncomfortable for Luke, who decides maybe he made a mistake. An upset Noah says he wants the marriage to be over and done with immediately

Brad is stunned when Liberty tells him that he is her father. When he has doubts, she gives him a photograph of her mother to jog his memory. A skeptical Katie asks Liberty if she’s willing to take a paternity test. Liberty, unfazed by Katie, says she’s willing to do that immediately. After the tests are done, they are informed the results won’t be ready for two weeks. Brad and Katie offer up their home for Liberty to stay at with them while they await the results.

Parker, upset at the continuous distance between Jack and Carly, tells his mother it’s time for the two of them to stop the arguing. Carly later tells Holden that she doesn’t believe that she and Jack will ever get back together. Holden comes to Carly’s rescue later when her car won’t start. The two talk about her plans to send Sage to camp for the summer. Holden and Carly later head out together on the road to take a look at the camp.

Felicia comes back to Genoa City and Adam immediately picks up on her attraction to Nick. Gloria begins to realize just how much she misses Jeff. Ben and Jack prepare to set up a foundation in John Abbott’s name. Michael decides to drop his lawsuit against Jack. Amber discovers that Lily is having Cane’s baby. Neil and Karen hit a crossroad when she decides to move out. Nikki learns that David’s past is very much in the present. Lily give Cane her answer to his marriage proposal.

RECEIVING THE COLD SHOULDER…

Victoria snubs Sabrina by taking back her request for her to be Reed’s godmother. Nikki soon learns of the other woman in Victor’s life. Victor asks Sabrina to take a trip to Milan with him. Nick has some choice words for Sabrina. Jeff, still pining for Gloria, goes to Jack for a favor. Gloria throws Jeff a curve ball when she tells hm she wants to adobt a child. When things get heated between Gloria and Jeff, he threatens to go to the police about the skin cream contamination. Meanwhile, Jill works her hardest to get Jeff to tell her why he truly married Gloria in the first place.

THIS WEEK ON: DAYS OF OUR LIVES

EJ and Nicole have a discussion about her divorce from Victor. Max professes his love to Stephanie. Steve tells Ava he’ll give her a baby if she lets them all go; but Ava has eyes on keeping Kayla’s baby for all she’s been through. Sami tells EJ no more visitations to the twins if he continues to help Nicole. Nicole threatens Victor and later informs Chloe that Victor knows where Brady is. John plots to use Paul as a way to take down the Kiriakis family. Philip comes to a face-off with John for his devious deeds. Stephanie is taken at knifepoint.

CHELSEA TAKES A TURN FOR THE WORST

When Chelsea continues to get sick, Daniel wonders if she may have a post-operative infection. Chelsea is admitted into the hospital when it’s discovered that her infection is severe. While in the hospital, Daniel keeps a watchful vigil over Chelsea. Meanwhile Chelsea develops a fever.

THIS WEEK ON:GUIDING LIGHT

When Natalia makes a request for Olivia to rent her house her and Rafe, Olivia’s nastiness towards her takes a turn when she passes out. Frank offers Rafe and Nat to move into the boarding house. Harley decides to finish up Gus’ caseload. Cyrus, thinking he disconnected the alarm to a house, breaks in, only for it to go off on him. Harley busts Daisy in her ID scam but Cyrus immediately covers. Jeffrey and Olivia sign the divorce papers. Coop becomes concerned about Ashlee’s health when she starts having pains shortly after her surgery. Mallet is not pleased to learn that Dinah is the real reason why he received the position of Police Chief. Alan tries to get his feet back on the ground by coming up with a new business plan.

WANTING WHAT ONE CAN’T HAVE…

Jeffrey tells Ava that she needs to confess her lie to Bill, however, Ava is deternined that once she’s pregnant, Lizzie will be out of Bill’s life for good. Lizzie lets Bill know that she’s not giving him up, no matter what schemes Ava comes up with. Ava finds herself scoping Remy out when he offers to help fix her car. Bill becomes uneasy when Lizzie pours on the kindess to Ava. Remy calls Lizzie asking for more money for his services regarding Ava. When Remy asks Ava out on a date, she tells him she’s involved with someone. Later, Lizzie sets Ava up by having her believe that Bill can’t stop talking about their baby. Ava kisses Remy for his kindess towards her. When she returns home, she learns that she’s actually is pregnant.

Harley invites Cassie over to the house to have dinner with her and Cyrus. Ashamed of her actions with Cyrus, Cassie feels the guilt, but Cyrus tells her that she needs to forget about what they did and move on. Both become even more uneasy when Harley dedicates a toast to the both of them being there for her. When news comes about a hiring freeze at the police station, Harley takes off, leaving both of them alone together. Marina and Harley learn that they are partners, and while on their beat, Harley has another panic attack. Harley and Cyrus have a heart-to-heart where she tells him that maybe they are not suited to be together. Cassie puts on the charm with a attractive stranger. Later, she learns that Cyrus has moved out of Harley’s place.

Caroline suspects that Kayla and Bo are keeping something from her. Ava tries to heat things up with Steve, while Hope is plagued with nightmares of not seeing her family again. Bo retrieves the surveillance tapes from the hospital parking lot to see what happened to Hope. Stephanie spends time with Max. Sami’s dislike for Nicole intensifies when EJ insists on being her lawyer. Chloe comes back to the Kiriakis mansion and faces off with Nicole. Chelsea passes out. Ava aims her gun at Hope.

THE SEDUCTRESS WORKS HER MAGIC…

Marlena leaves town, which leave John plotting and scheming against Victor. Philip tells Nicole she has to leave the mansion. Alone, John points out to EJ that Sami is very jealous of Nicole. In order to get the goods on John, Philip devises a plan. Later, Philip locates Nicole and tells him she will be of good use to him; seducing John to get information on what he’s planning against his father’s business. Nicole pours on the charm and asks John out on a date.

JT begins a background check into Adam’s past. Nick warns Adam to back off of Phyllis. Jana and Kevin pick a date for their wedding. Jack purchases a new home. Victor and Sabrina become intimate with one another. Later, he offers her a position at Newman. Victoria wants Sabrina to be Reed’s godmother. Meanwhile, David sinks back into gambling, thanks to Brad’s hiring on a bookie. David later pressures Nikki to quickly pick a wedding date.

GL PreVUE: Week of April 7 Edition

One lie is all it takes…

THIS WEEK ON:GUIDING LIGHT

As everyone continues to honor Gus’s memory, Cyrus learns that Harley’s credit card isn’t able to pay for the funeral expenses. Alan comes to Harley’s house and Rafe extends himself to him. Sam and Ava try their best to get Olivia out of her depressed state. Olivia admits that she is unable to accept that Gus is gone. When Daisy runs into Sam, he gives her advice on how to stop doing things for Rafe and start doing things for herself. Natalia is angered by the fact that Olivia can’t accept Gus’s gift of life. Remy tries to get Rafe to unleash his anger over Gus’s death in the boxing ring. Reva discovers that Dinah was the one that brought Alan down and requests the two be partners.

BED OF LIES AND DECEIT…

In an effort to get Harley out of serious debt, Cyrus corners Daisy, insisting she make him a partner in her fake ID scam. She quickly lashes out at him saying that Harley will never see him the way the she sees Gus. Mallet continues to show his discomfort with the fact that Dinah owns the Spaulding mansion. When he starts to investigate Philip’s whereabouts, Dinah panics and recruits Remy to help her out. Remy says he’ll only help her if she pays him and gives him a room in the mansion. The two concoct a ‘good-bye’ letter, which Mallet calls Jeffrey about. As the two are talking, Reva overhears. Dinah quickly hired on Matt to re-decorate the entire mansion as her very own.

As Bill and Lizzie get closer, Bill confronts Ava about her pregnancy, requesting she come to him with proof. Bill sends Ava into the bathroom with a pregnancy kit. Ava immediately panics until she notices a pregnant lady there with her. When she returns, she tells Bill it’s time he break the news to Lizzie and own up to his responsibilities. Bill takes Lizzie rollerblading and another tender moment between the two of them prevents Bill from coming forward about Ava. Ava, however, pays Vanessa a visit, asking that she give her son some advice on doing the right thing. Meanwhile, after making love, Bill tells a heartbroken Lizzie the news.

Daniel comes to Nick with the request that he keep a watchful eye on Chelsea. Marlena hypnotizes John in order to see if there are things about his past that might come out. Anna, upset at seeing Tony out with Kate, tries to make a pass at John in an effort to spark jealousy in Tony. Sami admits that she misses Lucas. Phillip learns that the consulate officers are taking Chloe away and immediately suspects Nicole.

A RIVALRY RE-IGNITES AND A SEARCH BEGINS…

Kayla, worried about Steve, calls him, but the call is disconnected when Steve spots Ava approaching him. Hope and Steve try to break free but are prevented by Ava’s crew. Bo and Kayla disagree as to who should go in search of Steve and Hope. Ava has romance for Steve on her mind. Steve pretends to like remembering the ‘past’ with Ava, but continues to devise a way to escape.

Nicole confronts Sami, letting her know that she has no plans in leaving Salem again. Sami is further angered when EJ decides to take a case involving Nicole. EJ and Sami have dinner together at Chez Rouge. While there, he tells Sami that he no longer holds hatred for Lucas shooting him. Meanwhile Phillip offers to take Nicole out; the destination, Chez Rouge.

THIS WEEK ON:AS THE WORLDS TURNS

Lily crumbles when she receives a package full of mementos that were from Dusty. Holden immediately comes to her side to offer his comfort. Luke informs his parents that Noah and Ameera have moved into the cottage. Emily continues to be a thorn in Alison’s side, telling her that Chris would never like her if he knew about her past. Alison meets Chris and hands him a copy of her video; afterwards, it’s Chris that asks Alison if she’d like to go out with him. Carly and Jack share a passionate kiss, but they later get into another discussion about his unresolved feelings for Katie.

AN ENGAGEMENT PUT TO THE TEST…

Mike’s arrival back in Oakdale sets off Paul’s jealous side when Mike and Meg have a bonding moment. When Mike tells both of them that he’s thinking about leaving town, it’s Paul that convinces him to stay put. Meg later tells Mike that if he wants to feel happy back in Oakdale, it’s time for him to come face-to-face with Katie to gain closure. Meanwhile, Brad sets Katie off when he publically announces their engagement on television. Margo has her on thoughts regarding the true reason why Katie said yes to Brad, telling Tom that he’s strictly rebound because of her feelings for Jack. When she learns of their plans to elope, Margo sets off to put a stop to it.

Carly is stunned to see that Mike is back in town but assumes he’s there to get Katie back. She tells Mike that Katie is now engaged to Brad and that if he wants her back, he should fight for her. Katie meets up with Margo and is upset when Margo tells her that she won’t give her blessing. Brad and Katie both try to convince her why they truly want to be together. Margo later plans a party for the couple but learns that the only people that will be able to attend are Katie, Brad, Jack and Carly. As the party is underway, Mike shows up, seeing Katie again for the first time.
