(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Wednesday, May 11, 2011.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

While Diane lurked outside the bedroom door, Victor and Nikki basked in their latest romp with one another. Victor expressed how he wasn't going to let her go; while outside, Diane declared that she wasn't about to lose everything she worked hard in getting.

Tucker surprised Ashley with the elegantly decorated location of their wedding. She gushed how much she loved it and loved him for doing everything that she's dreamt of for the wedding. When Tucker wanted to practice their wedding, she told him that she had to head home to get things ready for Traci's arrival. When she left, he made a phone call, asking the person on the other line to come see him.

Nick shared his disgust with Victoria and Billy about the newspapers dropping the news that Sharon committed suicide. Minutes later Jack arrived and broke the news that despite Michael stepping down from representing Phyllis in fighting for Lucy, she has another lawyer and will be going forward as planned. Nick asked if there was anything Jack could do to talk her out of it. Jack commented that he and Phyllis broke up. Rattled by the news, Victoria departed for upstairs and Billy soon followed, leaving Jack and Nick alone. Nick told Jack how sorry he was that Phyllis and he broke up. Jack didn't waste time letting Nick know that he was aware of what happened between the two of them in St. Barts.

Phyllis told Daniel that even though Michael won't be representing her in getting Lucy, she had called Leslie to take the case. When Daniel failed to pay attention to what she said, she asked what was going on. Daniel told her that he and Abby broke up. Although she mustered up some sympathy, she made the comment that it would have been awkward anyway with Abby being Victoria's sister. Phyllis again stressed how she wanted Daniel to focus his attentions on getting Lucy back.

Abby showed up at the Abbott home, still hungover and upset about the events between both Daniel and her mother. When Traci appeared, she quickly embraced her aunt, telling her the latest that was going wrong in her life. Traci upset Abby, however, when she pointed out that she could tell that she was spiraling out of control. Abby completed disagreed with her and told her that Ashley was making a huge mistake marrying a manipulator like Tucker. She continued to trash talk about him, unaware that Ashley was listening in. Furious, Ashley ordered Abby to stop talking. Things took a nasty turn, however, when Abby learned that Jack wanted to sell the Newman shares she gave him to Tucker. Feeling used by everyone, Abby stormed off, leaving Traci heartbroken at what was happening to her family and Ashley at the end of her rope.

Katherine showed up to see Tucker, as requested. Thinking that he called her regarding business, Katherine was surprised when he asked her to be there at the wedding. She soon accepts but becomes annoyed and fed up when Tucker once again, started to talk on how the two of them could work together to get the rest of the Newman stock. She cuts him off and huffed off.

After leaving Victor's slightly shaken by what happened between them, Nikki told him that she had to go.As she found her way toward Katherine, she admitted that she was still in love with Victor. Meanwhile, Diane returned home and not letting on to Victor on what she saw, she asked how he was doing. Victor didn't mince words with her and told her that he felt that the marriage was a mistake. He wanted to get the marriage annulled as soon as possible, and stated he would still make sure that Kyle was provided for. Diane asked Victor if it had anything to do with Nikki.

Nick met with Phyllis and asked her why she was going after Billy and Victoria's daughter. Phyllis told him that it was none of his business. He told her that she had no right to take Lucy away from caring parents. She pointed out that things were the same way for him at some point when Adam took Faith from him, giving the baby to Ashley. He argued it wasn't the same thing. Daniel, who was inside of the coffee house, overheard the conversation, and when Nick left, he pointed out to Phyllis how it was the reason why he wanted to keep Lucy's being in Genoa City a secret. Blowing it off as nothing, Phyllis moved on with her plan by stating they needed to find Daisy.

Diane told Victor that even though she knew he has deep feelings for Nikki, she won't keep him from having what he wanted, as long as she had what she wanted. Victor told her that he was going to do some horseback riding and left her alone. She whipped out her cell phone and stared at the picture she took and in a fit of anger, threw down a plate, asking herself how she was going to get out of the mess she was in.

Tucker brought some of the Abbott family together to make a toast on how at the time he came to Genoa City, he wasn't looking for family, but now that he has it, he wants to celebrate in it. While everyone toasted Ashley and Tucker, Abby, who was drunk at the wedding location, began destroying everything that was set up.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Tuesday, May 10, 2011.

    IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Ashley and Tucker took a walk in the park. The conversation comes up about Abby and Ashley's feelings about her daughter not being welcomed to the wedding. She admitted that while it is hard not having her there, it was for the best. Meanwhile, a hungover Abby is at Jack's. She told him about her breakup with Daniel, to which Jack commented on being broken up with Phyllis. As they are talking, Billy came downstairs and they both offer their support to him.

Daniel met Phyllis at Crimson Lights and discussed what Kevin's feeling are about Lucy being his niece. Daniel admitted that he hadn't talked to Kevin after what's happened to him and Chloe. He shared that he wondered what would happen to Lucy now that she's no longer with Billy and Victoria. Phyllis continued pressuring Daniel to take claim of his daughter.

Victor and Nikki are on the phone talking about Victoria when Diane descended down into the living room. Once his conversation is over, she questioned Victor on how Victoria is holding up. Victor brushed her off by telling her that she shouldn't worry about it; it's a family matter. When Michael arrived to see Victor, Diane excused herself, leaving the two of them alone. Victor tells Michael that he's aware that he's representing Phyllis. Michael explained that he was trying to help the families out privately. Too bad Victor couldn't see it as such and demanded that he tell Phyllis that she will no longer has him representing her.

Victoria told Nikki that she wondered how Lucy is doing and how she would respond to not having either her or Billy with her. She commented on how Victoria needs Billy by her side. Victoria, however retorted that it was because of him that Lucy is no longer in their lives. She asked her mother to give her time alone. Both Victoria and Billy, who was at The Athletic Club remember how they came up with naming their baby.

Phyllis wanted Daniel to admit that he could see himself bonding with Lucy and accepting her in his life. Daniel, however, told his mother that he isn't ready and truly wants Billy and Victoria to have her. Unfortunately, Phyllis continued to work on him, not so much for his well-being, but more so for herself getting what she wanted. begging him not to let the change slip away having Lucy as a part of their family. Meanwhile, Michael tried his best to explain his position regarding baby Lucy. Despite his explanation, Victor still managed get his way by threatening Michael with firing him if he goes against his daughter.

Jack tried to talk to Abby about being there at Ashley's wedding. Abby told him that things had changed since the last time he talked to her mother. He asked her what happened and she explained that Tucker managed to get Ashley to side with him on not having Abby at all at the wedding. While they talked, Diane showed up, ready to run her mouth about the latest regarding Victor. Before she could, though, she saw Abby, who taunted her to spill her guts as to why she was there wanting to see her uncle.

Michael met Phyllis to break the news that he would no longer be representing her in her desire to have custody of Lucy. Phyllis insisted that Michael stay on as her attorney but soon picked up on the fact that Victor steam-rolled him. Michael pointed out that Daniel doesn't want to take care of Lucy, but Phyllis barked that he does want to be a father to the little girl. Unfortunately for Phyllis, Michael pointed out that he knew the real reason why she's pressuring Daniel to fight for the baby; she wanted to make up for the lost time she had when Daniel wasn't with her as a baby. He told her that she would only hurt Daniel, as well as everyone else in the long run with her need to have Lucy. When the two friends hit a road block in the conversation, Michael left, to which Nikki witnessed. When questioned on what was going on, Phyllis lashes out that once again people bow to Victor to do as he wants when he snaps his fingers.

Diane lied to Jack saying that she was there to talk to him about Kyle. When he picked up on her excuse just as a ploy to get him to listen to her whine about all the things wrong in her marriage to Victor, she admitted that she thought it would be enough when she obtained the status of being his wife. She tried to seduce him but Jack pushed her away, telling her that the other night was just that; a night. He told her that if she had a problem with Victor and the way she is being treated, to take it up with him.

Billy headed back to the house and is surprised when Victoria enveloped him in an embrace. They sit down to talk about their feelings on how Lucy could be coping being out of the home. Victoria admitted that she's afraid of Phyllis possibly winning if they go to court to fight for Lucy. Billy assured her that they will get Lucy back. However, Phyllis, who was on the phone with Leslie Michaelson, told Jack, who overheard her conversation, that Billy better be warned that she's not giving up on getting Lucy. Jack explained to her that despite what she believed, she would be fighting the battle alone; not a Newman nor an Abbott would ever agree or side with her.

Abby and Daniel ran into one another and she immediately started to complain about the latest regarding Tucker McCall. Daniel thought she was just being over-dramatic and told her that while she was worried about having to deal with a new step-father, he had pressing issues of his own. Abby instantly took offense to his words and huffed off.

Nikki headed to the ranch to talk to Victor about her seeing Michael and Phyllis having a disagreement. Victor admits that he talked to Michael, but Nikki called it for what it was: his being there for their daughter. The two continue to talk about family and as Nikki prepared to leave, Victor pulled her into his arms, asking her to stay. They headed up to the bedroom, having sex, unaware that Diane had returned home. Upon entering the room, she saw them in bed and not missing an opportunity, whipped out her cell phone to take a picture of the two former spouses.

As Michael, Gloria and Katherine are talking about trying to find Kevin, Kevin and Chloe find themselves staring at homicide charges against them in the death of Jana. Chloe tells the police officer that Kevin was not a part of kidnapping Delia and Lucy. The police officer isn't interested in what they have to say, but rather interested in why the two of them are the only ones able to collaborate each other's stories. He tells them that until otherwise, he's looking at his two prime suspects.

Ashley and Tucker are having a night out at Gloworm, both discussing the troubles of Billy and Victoria when Abby and her group of friends enter rather loudly. Abby, who is already buzzed passes over her credit card to Jeffrey, cheering that they party has to get started. Ashley and Tucker look on in disgust.

Nick arrives at Sharon's home and lets himself in. When he enters, he sees Adam eating Chinese food by the fireplace. Nick demands that he leave immediately or be tossed out. Relishing in the fact that Nick hasn't heard the latest, gladly shares the news that Sharon willed him the house. Big brother isn't buying it, but Adam tells him that the only one that is leaving the house is him. Nick tries to offer Adam money, but Adam doesn't take the bait. He tells Nick that he enjoys being able to stick it to Victor every time he drives on his property to get to his.

Sam offers to give Sharon a job at his home. Although it is a nice gesture, she tells him that she doesn't think so. He asks her if there is a reason; Sharon is hesitant to answer. The two are talking when Sam hears his good friend, Marco calling out to him. Sam tells Sharon that Marco is a buddy of his who is a police officer in the next county. When she gets a glimpse of him, she realizes he's the one that pulled her over when she was on the run.

At the abandoned pre-school, the officer has a hard time believing that Chloe would come alone to help Kevin if she claims that Jana was crazy. When the medical examiner comes over, she says there's no definite determination of death. Kevin realizes that Jana could have had a seizure as she did before. The medical examiner tells them that they won't know the true cause of death until they do an autopsy. The officer has Kevin cuffed, saying he's going in for the outstanding warrant for his arrest in kidnapping Delia and Lucy.

Adam and Nicholas continue to go at it over Sharon. When Adam suggest that he buy Nick out, Nick scoff that he's not going anywhere. Adam tells him about his selling of his stock options and rubs it in his face again that Sharon gave him the house to live in. As he demands for the key that Nick has, Nick spots the news article on Adam's computer about Sharon's death being ruled a suicide. He tells Adam that D.A. Walsh was told not to disclose that as the reason for her being dead. Adam says they need to counteract to clear her reputation. Nick lashes out telling his brother that none of it would have happened if he hadn't entered Sharon's life.

Kevin and Chloe are hauled into the police station. Michael, Gloria and Katherine are happy to see him, until they see him in handcuffs. Michael hurries and whisks Kevin into the interrogation room and has him tell him step by step what happened. Meanwhile, Chloe, who can't keep her mouth shut, spills all to Gloria and Katherine, unaware that D.A. Walsh has overheard a majority of her conversation. He quickly pounces on her, coming up with his own theories on what happened between she and Jana. Before he could get her to talk, Michael shows up and tells him that unless he has solid proof, he's taking both of his clients home.

Abby continues her antics at Gloworm, her friends encouraging her embarrassing behavior. When the youngest Abbott pulls a total stranger toward her, giving him a kiss, Tucker and Ashley intervene. Pulling her to the side, they tell her about Billy and Victoria. Abby is upset to hear the news and even more upset that she can't call Daniel to comfort him. Ashley offers to take her home and when Tucker is ready to get the car, Abby becomes rude to him, telling him that she doesn't need his step-daddy routine. She soon starts to throw his one night stand with Diane in his face, which angers Tucker. He calls her the worst kind of brat and when he spots that Kent is holding a cell phone capturing everything, he snatches from his hands and stomps on it. Unable to be in the same room with her, Ashley and Tucker leave; meanwhile Abby continues to drink it up.

Sharon quickly dons a baseball came and comes out to meet Marco. Quickly mumbling a hello, Sharon tells Sam that she's going to the house to get more blankets. When Sam comments on Sharon's skittish behavior, Marco quickly asks if he'd like for him to do a background check on her. Sam tells him that there's no need to do that, she's fine. Marco leaves and Sharon soon returns. Sam comments that sooner or later, Sharon's going to open up to him on why she's running. When he leaves, Sharon starts reading the comments about her based on the article about her suicide. She's crushed.

Kevin thanks Katherine for not giving up on him. She tells Kevin that she never lost faith and hope for him and that she's glad that he's home. Giving him a hug she ascends upstairs to her room, while Chloe and Delia come out with cupcakes to cheer him up. Kissing Kevin, Chloe tells him that they will get through this together.

          IT HAPPENED TODAY…

At the police station, Chloe is feeling remorseful that Lucy has been taken from Billy and Victoria due to her filing for custody of Delia. Phyllis and Daniel arrive and approach DA Walsh to see if there can be anything done. He tells them that his hands are tied. Back at the Abbott house, Billy and Victoria decide to head to the police station.

Ashley and Nikki run into one another at Crimson Lights and talk on Katherine's campaign to help find Kevin. Both agree that Kevin may not have had anything to do with it. Ashley tells Nikki she was on her way to see Billy to see if Delia would like to be her flower girl for the wedding. As she steps away, Nikki receives a call from Victoria, filling her in on what has happened. Nikki promptly heads on out.

At the cemetery, Lily thinks that she could still be imagining things; that is until Cane appears to her. Cane assures her that she's not losing her mind; he's very much real. Lily wants to tell someone that Cane is still alive but Cane is dead set against it. He wants her to keep things quiet. Pulling her into a kiss, he tells Lily that he misses the twins. She tells her about how much they have grown. He request for her to bring them to the cemetery.

Letting Kevin out of the closet, Jana tells Kevin that they have big plans for him; she wants them to be back to the way they were. She forces a kiss on him but he rebuffs her. Kevin tells her that he wants the old Jana back; the one that he shared so many good times together. When he mentions that she was the one that saved him from Clint, Jana corrects him saying that it was Amber that saved him. She complains that people called them Bonnie and Clyde and that's what she wants to have him be that way with her. She says that they have to do something shocking together.

Michael and Phyllis try their best to talk to DA Walsh into helping Billy and Victoria. Unfortunately their request falls on deaf ears, considering how Lucy came into Billy and Victoria's home to begin with. Soon after, Billy and Victoria arrive and see Chloe. Victoria blames her for Lucy being taken from out of their home. Despite Chloe's attempts to apologize, Victoria continues to attack her until Nikki shows up and pulls her out of the police station. Once they are gone, Billy ushers Chloe to talk to him in one of the visitation rooms. He blasts her for taking another daughter away from him. Chloe tells him that she did what she had to do because he's been making irresponsible choices. Scoffing at her, he tells her she's doing the exact same thing when it comes to Kevin.

Jana tells Kevin that she's got their crime all planned out. Going behind the desk she pulls out a clown's mask. She then pulls a large box over to Kevin and imitates a chipmunk's noise. She pulls out the chipmunk's head and tells Kevin that he's going to wear it. He tells her he doesn't want to put it on. She threatens to put him back in the closet unless he puts it on. When she tries to put it on him, he pushes her away. He tells her there is nothing she can do to get him to do what she wants. Jana thinks otherwise.

Nikki is stunned to learn that Billy bought Lucy and that the baby is not only Daniel's but the grandchild of Sheila Carter. Victoria becomes upset, saying that she doesn't want to lose Lucy; Nikki assures her that she won't lose her. When the doorbell rings, Nikki goes to answer it and is for once glad that Ashley is there. She asks her if she could spend time to talk to her daughter. Ashley does just that, telling Victoria that she knows what she is going through, considering losing Faith. When Victoria sobs that she doesn't know if she can go through a court battle, Ashley tells her not to give up hope.

Phyllis has a change of heart in regards to her initial agreement with Billy and Victoria. She tells Michael that she believes that Daniel is going to wind up regretting giving his daughter to someone else. Michael asks her why the sudden change in her feelings. Before the two can finish their conversation, Billy arrives and tells Phyllis that he is appreciative that she's letting them keep the baby. Phyllis decides to stay mum on her change of heart.

Chloe is headed to the coffee house when she gets a phone call from Jana, telling her that she has Kevin. Chloe hears him shouting in the background on where they are. Jana tells her to come to the abandoned school and to come alone if she wants to see Kevin alive again. When she hangs up the phone, she tells Kevin that she's going to kill Chloe so that he can be free of his obsession and focus on falling in love with her. Just then Chloe arrives. Before Jana can turn the gun on her, Kevin kicks it out of her hands. Chloe wrestles the gun away from Jana and starts shaking her, not realizing that she's gone into some sort of attack. When Jana goes limp, Chloe tells Kevin that she's dead.

Billy arrives home to find Ashley and Nikki there. While Nikki cooly leaves the room, Ashley embraces her brother, telling him that things will be alright. She too leaves the room so that he and Victoria can talk. Things don't go the way he wants them to go when Victoria tells Billy that she thinks he needs to find somewhere else to stay. Billy doesn't want to leave, believing that the two of them need to be together to get through what's going on. Victoria says that if he doesn't leave she will. Both Nikki and Ashley try to tell Billy that it might be best for him to give Victoria some space. A frustrated Billy huffs off. Michael, who has arrived to talk to Victoria goes after him.

Meanwhile, Katherine comes up with a plan similar to to the one that Kevin did when they were looking for her when she went missing. Gloria and Chloe agree that it's a good start to get people to realize that he's not a kidnapper, but being held against his will by Jana.

At the mediation, Phyllis insists that Lucy belongs with her family. Victoria tells her that she wasn't the one that took care of Lucy when she was sick or couldn't fall asleep. She goes on to tell her that Billy and she are the only family the baby knows and loves. Phyllis snaps back and tells her that they didn't just come into having a beautiful family created; Billy resorted into buying a baby to have a family. Both Michael and Rafe remind the three of them that they need to find a compromise to please everyone.

Still in the delusion that she'll make Kevin love her, Jana wants to put him back into the closet to 'deprogram' him. Kevin tries his best to talk his way out of it, rehashing old memories between the two of them. While Kevin is doing his best with Jana, back at Crimson Lights, Katherine, Chloe and Gloria are all passing out flyers to those there to help if they see Kevin. As they are talking, Heather arrives to tell Chloe that the reason why Billy isn't aware of her seeking full custody is because the police stepped in, stopping the paperwork.

Phyllis gives her wants in terms of having a life with Lucy. Victoria initially doesn't want to agree to it, but Billy, agreeing with Rafe, says that they might as well, unless they want to go in court to fight for Lucy, only to lose her anyway. They are all set to sign the papers when Child Protective Services arrives, wanting to speak to both Billy and Victoria. She demands to see the adoption papers. Billy wants to know why she's there and she tells him that custody documents on Cordelia were filed and were flagged to be sent to her office. Trying his best to get around it, Billy blows it off as Chloe simply being angry at him for not believing her regarding the nanny he hired. Not phased with his excuses, the social worker wants the adoption papers: now.

Listening to the news on the radio, Jana continues to unravel when she hears that the police are still on the hunt for both her and Kevin. When she hears that Chloe also went on live television pleading for the police to find Kevin and help clear up the police's assumptions that he was helping Jana kidnap both Lucy and Delia, she starts to think of her next move to hold on to Kevin. When she returns back to the school house, she opens the closet door to show Kevin her revamped image; that of how she was when she first came to Genoa City. She tells him that she has big plans for him now that the 'real' Jana Hawkes is back.

After looking over the doctored adoption papers, the social worker tells a stunned Billy and Victoria that until they can determine that the papers are legitimate, Lucy will have to be taken from the home. Daniel tells her that he's the biological father and would be willing to take another DNA test to prove that if it will let Billy and Victoria have the baby. Michael leaves to talk to DA Spencer to get things moving quickly to avoid anymore possible trouble. Victoria begs the social worker not to take her baby away from them. Unfortunately, she tells them that Lucy has to come with her. Heartbroken, Victoria watches as Lucy is taken away. When Billy tries to comfort her, she pulls away and runs upstairs. Asking to be left alone, Billy privately breaks down.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Wednesday, May 4, 2011.

              IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Ashley is upset that she and Abby had their fight. She shares the results with Tucker, who shares with her on going to see Jack about partnering up since he has acquired her stock. Ashley figures that Jack is going to make Tucker wait it out. Ashley voices her concerns regarding Abby, to which Tucker blows off as a mere temper tantrum. The soon-to-be Mrs. McCall tells him that she wants her daughter at their wedding. Meanwhile, an upset Abby is wondering why Daniel hasn't returned her phone call.

At the cemetery, Daniel and Lily are talking when Devon slinks on over, convinced that the two are seeing one another. Both Lily and Daniel are honest in telling him that nothing is going on between the two of them, but become annoyed when Devon keeps pressing that both of them have something to hide. Lily tells Devon that he needs to stop being ridiculous with his assumptions; pointing out that Daniel is only a support system for her when dealing with her feelings about Cane. A rather pesky Devon believes otherwise.

Diane and Victor are planning on having a romantic evening with one another when Jack shows up. Sauntering in, he makes it a point to rub it in his face about owning Newman stock. Too bad for Jack, Victor laughs in his face and tells him that he only assumes he's going to be 'running things'. Jack continues to goad him but leaves when Victor dismisses him.

Tucker tells Ashley that she can't beat herself up over Abby's childish attitude toward him. Ashley continues to worry about Abby's feelings about the two of them getting married. Back at Gloworm, a buzzed Abby vents her problems to Deacon. She gushes on about Daniel but her gushing about him turns into snipping about how he is always there for Lily whenever she needs him. Deacon tells her if she wants to work out whatever problems she has, she needs to do it head on. Taking his advice, she decides to call Lily, requesting that she meet her.

Diane tries to console Victor, but he blows her off. Getting angry, Diane wants to know why he can't open up to her about his feelings about his own children. Victor continues to disregards her. She tries another approach by going forward with a quiet evening with him. When he tells her that it's not a good time, a frustrated Diane tells him that she's going out to a movie.

Jack runs into Nikki at The Athletic Club. He takes his turn in gloating with her about Abby selling him her stock. She lights into him when she finds out that he purposely left out the fact that Abby was pressured by Tucker to sell to him during his conversation with Victor. A smug Jack leaves her frustrated, headed over to kiss major butt with Tucker to work together to bring Victor down. Jack spins a new deal with him, but Tucker passes up his little offer. Ashley, fed up with Jack's antics, tells Tucker it's time she has a talk with her brother.

Lily, Devon and Daniel all arrive at Gloworm to witness a drunk Abby rant on about how Lily was so quick to arrive to talk to her. When she learns that Daniel was with her, she snaps about how the two of them were together at the time she needed him when it came to dealing with Tucker. She tells Daniel that she doesn't want to him but rather talk to Abby. When the two go off to talk, Devon continues to blabber on about Daniel playing two women. At a table alone, in the meantime, Abby starts to belittle Lily and how she is such a 'wonderful' person, overcoming so much. Lily listens on as a drunk Abby demands that she tell her if she wants to have Daniel for herself. When Daniel arrives to try to console Abby, she breaks down into tears, insistent that he's picking Lily over her. After making a fool of herself in front of everyone, Devon promptly escorts her out.

Nikki shows up at the ranch to talk to Victor. Realizing that he is alone, she asks if she can come in. Victor invites her inside. She tells him the real reason why Abby sold her stock to Jack. Despite it being solely about Tucker, Victor becomes furious and lashes out that nobody treats him the way that they do without facing the consequences. Nikki in turn lectures him for turning his back on his family over every single thing that is done. The two calmly talk things over, unaware that Diane has returned, listening in. She becomes pissed when Nikki accomplishes what she has failed in; getting Victor to open up about his family. She watches in disgust as the two hug.

Ashley voices her annoyance with Jack and his constant disrespect for her relationship with Tucker. She tells him about Abby's behavior and how she refuses to come to the wedding. She begs Jack to be peacemaker in order to get Abby to be in her wedding. Jack balks at being in the middle until Ashley pleads with him to talk to Abby in being there when she needs her family the most.

Diane finds herself on Jack's doorstep. He wants to know why she's there. She tells Jack she wants to get even with Jack, and wants him to help her. Jack asks what could she possibly have in mind. Dropping her coat, she reveals her naked self to him, saying he can give it to Victor by giving it to her. Jack hurries himself over to her, ready to have sex.

                IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Jack arrives home to find Ashley and Tucker having drinks. He comments on the wedding planner that just left. The three of them discuss the IPO and how Tucker was sold Adam's shares. After commenting her disappointment in not trying to merge Beauty of Nature, Tucker conveniently leaves to do some business. Leaving Ashley and Jack alone, she asks him if he'll do the honors of walking her down the aisle. When he shows lack of interest in doing so, Ashley becomes upset that Jack is hesitant. He soon regrets hurting her feelings and gives her a 'yes' to her request.

Devon sticks his nose into Lily's business regarding the flowers that have arrived. Snatching the card from her hand, he reads what it says and starts questioning who she is supposed to meet. Lily becomes uneasy by his curiosity. Meanwhile, Sofia tries but fails to dodge Olivia's questions about her and Neil. When she deduces that the two of them slept together and that the baby could be his, Sofia panics. She tells Olivia about her doctor's appointment and Olivia, after calculating the conception date, tells her how to fudge the information with both the doctor and Malcolm. When Sofia thanks her, an upset Olivia tells her to save her thanks and do her best to make sure she makes Malcolm happy.

Daniel and Abby are making peace with one another when Tucker arrives, interrupting their time together. After being requested to leave them alone, Daniel tells Abby he'll catch up with her later. Together, Tucker starts working on her regarding her stocks, telling her it would be a wonderful thing to have to give her mother for a wedding gift. Tired of his constant badgering, Abby tells Tucker to go to hell and stop using her to get what he wants. Tucker is left empty-handed once again.

Home alone, Jack is surprised when Abby arrives, wanting to talk to him. She fills him in on how Tucker keeps trying to get her to sell her stock. Jack is surprised but tells her about Tucker buying Adam's stock from him. She tells him that she wants to shut Tucker up and sell her stock one dollar less than what he is offering. She tells her uncle that she wants him to have the stocks. A over-eager Jack takes up the offer, more than happy to have the stock to rub in both Tucker and Victor's faces.

Malcolm and Neil are at the coffee shop when Malcolm realizes that he needs to be there for Sofia's doctor's appointment. Neil quickly tells him that he needs to take a lot of notes on what the doctor tells them about the baby; he also stresses that he wants to be kept in the loop about everything that happens regarding the pregnancy.

Devon, still nosey about Lily, spots Daniel at Crimson Lights. Cornering him, he tells Daniel that he doesn't think it's right for him to be trying to make a move on Lily so soon after the death of Cane. Daniel sets him straight and lets him know that he and Lily are just friends and nothing more. Devon starts questioning him about the flowers that Lily received. Daniel tells him he knows nothing about flowers and that perhaps he should mind his business.

Lily arrives at the cemetery and sees Cane there. He asks if she received the flowers he gave her. Lily starts to ask him if he's unable to 'crossover'. As she touches him, he pulls her into his arms and tells her that he'll do whatever to be with her. The two share a kiss, just as a car pulls up. He pulls away and tells her he'll be with her soon, and departs.

Abby spots Ashley and Tucker having dinner. She takes great pleasure in rubbing it in his face about selling her stocks to Jack. When Tucker departs to leave Abby and Ashley alone, her mother lashes out that Abby purposely did it to humiliate him. Abby doesn't hold back in telling Ashley how much she hates Tucker. The two get into a heated argument, to which Abby lashes out that she refuses to be at the wedding to watch her mother marry another man that will hurt her mother. She storms off leaving Ashley shaken. Meanwhile, Tucker finds his way over to Jack's house and decides to switch gears to get Jack on his side to take down Victor. Not ready to jump on his offer, Jack merely tells Tucker that he'll think on it.

Daniel shows up at the cemetery and asks Lily why she's there in the middle of the night. She tells him she simply wants to be there to feel close to Cane. A worried Daniel tells Lily if she ever needs someone to call him. The two embrace, to which snoopy Devon witnesses.

Ashley tries again to get Abby to be happy for her. Unfortunately for her, Abby sticks to her guns on her feelings about Tucker. Her mother quickly accuses her of not wanting her to be happy but Abby points out she wants that for her, but not with Tucker. She tells her that he will only hurt her in the end. When the two don't make peace, Ashley walks away, leaving Abby to have a drink to soothe her frustration.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Monday, May 2, 2011.

                  IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Malcolm and Sofia gush over the news of Sofia's pregnancy with Devon and Lily. When Lily and Devon both suggest to have a little celebration, Malcolm is all for it. Lily wants to call Neil but Sofia quickly balks at the suggestion of Neil coming there to join in. She leaves to head to the bathroom and when she returns, she tells everyone that she was just having a hormonal episode and that it would be great to have Neil come after all.

At the Athletic Club, Neil is sharing the pregnancy news to Olivia. She thinks that it's great thing for Malcolm to have his own baby. A clearly hesitant Neil says that he is happy for him to; but Olivia quickly picks up on his attitude. She assumes that he's not happy for Malcolm due to how he behaved after finding out about being Lily's father. Neil promptly erases her assumptions by telling her that he's happy with the news.

Things escalate at Billy and Victoria's home after Daniel signs the petition to give up his parental rights to Lucy. Phyllis tells them all that she's not letting Billy or Victoria have Lucy; she's fighting to have the baby with real family. Victoria becomes upset and begs Phyllis not to take her away; that they are a real family that cares for her. Phyllis brushes her pleas off and reminds them that Lucy was paid for. Her words anger Billy, who demands that she leaves. She huffs off, leaving Daniel, Billy and Victoria there at the house. Daniel tells the shaken couple that he'll do his best to talk to his mother.

Still locked in the closet by Jana, Kevin hits a nerve when he comments out loud to her that she is just like Daisy. She locked folks in a closet and Jana is doing the exact same thing to him. Jana opens the door and tells him that she ins nothing like Daisy. She leads him out and tells them that they are going to have a little celebration with one another. She handcuffs him to a chair and feeds him a meal similar to the one they had on their wedding night. She assures Kevin that she is going to do whatever it takes to make him forget about Chloe and fall in love with her again. Her thoughts are interrupted when the police arrive outside. Quickly rushing Kevin back into the closet, she chloroforms Kevin to keep him quiet until they leave.

Chloe and Gloria are determined to prove that Kevin is not a fugitive with Jana. They are looking at the video of the two of them at the train station when Chloe spots Kevin doing rock, paper, scissors. She tells Gloria it is a clue that he is trying to tell everyone that he is in danger. When they try to tell a police officer on the case about it, he scoffs and tells them that he'll give the theory to his boss. Gloria and Chloe are not pleased when he tells them that to him, Kevin is still a fugitive.

Michael breaks the news to Lauren that Daisy's baby is in Genoa City. He further explains that the baby is Lucy Abbott. Lauren freaks, afraid that now that Daniel has learned the truth, it will be only a matter of time for Daisy to find out too, and return to Genoa City. Michael assures her that if Daisy wants her freedom, she'll stay gone. When he tells her that Phyllis wants him to help seek custody, Lauren tells him that he needs to tell her no. Michael agrees and leaves to go meet Phyllis.

Phyllis and Daniel have it out at the Athletic club. He tells his stubborn mother that she has no say in who takes care of Lucy. Phyllis, not wanting to hear what he has to say, tries to work on him by telling him that he'll regret giving Lucy up. When she starts to point out how she never had the chance to be a good mother to him because Danny took him away from her, Daniel stops her dead in her tracks, telling her that she and he are nothing alike, and that he's doing what's best for Lucy. He tells her that Lucy is where she should be. A furious and hard-headed Phyllis tells him she's not giving up on getting Lucy back.

Neil gets a phone call from Devon, inviting him to celebrate at Crimson Lights. He asks Devon to put Sofia on the phone. He tells her that he wants to see her immediately. When she tries to get out of it, he tells her he can come over there to talk to her. She leaves and heads on over. Meanwhile, Olivia is disappointed when Neil tells her to go to Crimson Lights without her to celebrate. When she is heading out of the club, she doesn't notice Sofia arriving, making her way to Neil's table. Once there, the two of them bicker about the paternity of the baby. Neil wants a paternity test done; Sofia wants them to drop the whole matter and let Malcolm be happy. Neil warns her that if it's learned that he is the father, rather than Malcolm, he's telling his brother the truth.

Lauren stops by at Gloworm and learns from Chloe and Gloria about the clue that Kevin left on the video. She fills them in on Daisy's baby being in Genoa City after all. They are further stunned to learn that Billy bought the baby from a baby broker, and that Jana has been caring for the baby the whole time. A furious Chloe tells Gloria and Lauren that Billy isn't going to be caring for her child anymore, and that she is seeking full custody. She calls Heather and tells her that she needs her help seeking custody. Heather is at first hesitant, until she learns of Billy paying money for Lucy Abbott. She takes the case.

Michael arrives at the club to tell Phyllis that he will not help her fight for custody of Lucy. She tells him he's the only one that can help her and that he can't say no. The two go back and forth with one another when Lauren arrives, furious that her friend is trying to pressure her husband into doing what she wants him to. Feeling that Phyllis is being selfish and not caring about her own fears about making the custody case public, Lauren lashes out. Trying to calm the situation, Michael comes up with a solution that could help both of them; go to Billy and Victoria's to privately talk and make arrangements that can benefit both sides.

Olivia arrives at Crimson Lights to celebrate with the family. Malcolm tells Olivia that Sofia had to leave to meet someone for a quick meeting. When Olivia notices that she left her phone back at the Athletic club, she apologizes and heads back out to get it. Malcolm also departs, leaving Devon and Lily behind. As Lily is returning with coffee, the two of them notice flowers on the table. Reading the card, she deduces that it is Cane telling her to meet him at the cemetery. Meanwhile, at the Athletic Club, Olivia gets her phone, but spots Neil and Sofia together. When Neil leaves, Olivia approaches her and wants to know what's going on between her and Neil.

Returning back to Billy and Victoria's, Daniel informs Rafe on his trying to talk to his mother about dropping fighting for custody. Victoria thinks she can make Phyllis understand if she talks it out with her; to which the three men disagree on. Shortly after, Phyllis, Michael and Lauren arrive to the house. Billy is annoyed that Phyllis has returned but Michael does his best to try to defuse the matter by trying to get them all to agree to keep what goes on in the home between seven of them.

Meanwhile, Rafe informs Billy and Victoria that despite them having Lucy or Daniel wanting to give up his rights; there is one parent that still has parental rights to Lucy: Daisy. He tells them both that they need to pray that it's not found out that Lucy was bought through a black market, since if learned, Child Protective Services could seize the child. Unfortunately, due to Chloe's informing Heather of Billy's deeds, the information is given and a social worker arrives to take the baby.
