In addition to "The Bold and the Beautiful" becoming the sole nominee and de facto winner in the category of Outstanding Daily Drama, nominees for the "The 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards" were announced today by the organization which recognizes and honors media published, released or broadcast during calendar year 2015 for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.

‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ ‘How to Get Away with Murder,’ ‘Empire’ Among GLAAD Media Awards Nominees

In addition to "The Bold and the Beautiful" becoming the sole nominee and de facto winner in the category of Outstanding Daily Drama, nominees for the "The 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards" were announced today by the organization which recognizes and honors media published, released or broadcast during calendar year 2015 for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.

In addition to “The Bold and the Beautiful” becoming the sole nominee and de facto winner in the category of Outstanding Daily Drama, nominees for the “The 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards” were announced today by the organization which recognizes and honors media published, released or broadcast during calendar year 2015 for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect their lives.

In the category of Outstanding Drama Series, ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” “How to Get Away with Murder” and “Nashville” are nominated along with The CW’s “Arrow,” FOX’s “Empire,” ABC Family’s “The Fosters,” BBC America’s “Orphan Black,” Netflix’s “Sense8,” Starz’ “Black Sails” and Showtime’s “Shameless.”

For Outstanding Comedy Series, the nominees are FOX’s “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” ABC’s “Modern Family,” Netflix’s “Grace and Frankie,” “Master of None” and “Orange is the New Black, Amazon’s “Transparent,” PBS’ “Vicious” and HBO’s “Looking.” Also nominated are MTV’s “Faking It” and Pivot’s “Please Like Me.”
