This is Miller’s second Emmy in this category for his portrayal of Billy Abbott on “The Young and the Restless.” He previously won in 2010 and was nominated in 2011. Meanwhile, Clifton, who has been nominated for every soap he’s worked (including “General Hospital” and “One Life to Live”), won his second Emmy for his portrayal of Liam Spencer on “The Bold and the Beautiful.” He previously won an Emmy in 2011 in the category of Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for playing the popular character.
