CBS Cancels ‘Partners’


According to a report by‘s Nellie Andreeva, CBS has canceled freshman comedy “” after the program hit a new series low in the coveted Adults 18-49 demo (1.8 rating) this past Monday. The series starred  (“”), (“”), (“Numb3rs”) and (“”). The series was based on the lives of creators  and  as two life-long friends and business partners whose “bromance” is put to the test when one of them becomes engaged.

CBS will air comedy repeats in place of “Partners” beginning Monday, November 19.

    I enjoyed Partners, but I kind of figured it would get the
    axe. I only knew of one coworker at DISH who watched the show, so fans weren’t
    too abundant. I’m saving the remaining episodes to my DISH Hopper for anytime I’m
    nostalgic after Partners stops. At least I have a DVR with a 2TB hard drive to
    keep my TV appetite satisfied. I’m sure that I’ll find another show to fall in
    love with soon enough.
