Yay! GH is at #3 :)

  • Ann

Tied for third, but actually in last place. The dailies are horrible again. A 1.6, nothing above a 1.8. This is nothing to be pleased about.

  • lorelai

hahaha, WHERE are all the “masses” of Jason & Liz fans that they swore would be back if they put those 2 together. They sure didn’t show up for their kiss on Monday!!!! Another dismal day for GH… let’s see, when did GH last score a 2.0 or higher? That would be JASAM’S wedding.

  • Sean

GO GH!!!!!! PLEASE KEEP RISING IN THE Demo…

  • Barb

Sad! Disappointed and to all of you regardless of the ratings, every Soap is in jeopardy not just GH! Suggest everyone get together to support all the Soaps or there will be NONE!

  • Debbie

Why would Jason & Liz fans watch and get burn again hell why do we want to watch GH it the Sam show that couple have been together for to long a lot of us are still waiting to see if there is any change with the show and so for it not changing and beside Y& R is my show watch every day GH is the last only show that come on in my area and I chose not to watch it to much damage have been done to to show

GH’s ratings this week are still nothing to celebrate (although I hope the ratings that come in next time, for this past week, will be better, since Kassie DePaiva returned this past week) but DAYS’ ratings are actually the most frightening this week — a 0.7 in the target demographic is extremely concerning, especially considering the show is about to go on hiatus for the Olympics! People need to understand that if they do not watch the shows they claim to care about, they will in fact be cancelled. So rather than simply complaining all the time, tune in to the actual shows instead. Not one of the soaps currently on air can afford to lose even ONE viewer in any demographic.

GH is still low. Nothing to celebrate. There is hope for Days though with the new writing team and big fan favorites coming. Young and the restless is my favorite soap.

What is keeping GH, in the running in third, is the OLTL characters. And the interesting storylines, tht will pour out with the character of Heather webber. Robin Mattison is awesome, with her character. She plays these nut jobs, and I find her intriguing. And more exciting to watch, everytime. I’m not surprised that Days of our lives, is in fourth because it’s been there, for a good while. But what’s more exciting and more shocking, is how they are writing for the show. I have give the writers, at days their props. Their writing for the show, keeps days more exciting to, watch ever day. These 2 shows are my, top 2 favorites. GH and DOOL, are on FIRE.

I stopped watching GH a few months ago. I hate the fact the new writers are breaking up JASAM they are the ONLY reason I continued to watch GH. But since they are written so out of character I am done. Ron has screwed them up to pimp McBain. He was to lazy to learn there history and is to lazy to write new stories. Using the same storied from OLTL. GH is just not the same. Using Liz as the rebound girl. She deserves better.

  • Kim

I’d like to know how they get these ratings. I was never contacted (being 22) to have my input in here. Which daily I watch Y&R and Days. :) Ever since I can remember, I’ve watched the episodes with my mom.

    I was so
happy that Maria Arena Bell got fired just to have Jill Farren Phelps as
    Executive Producer, BIG MISTAKE. I
watch all of the Daytime Soaps and I was glad that ABC fired Jill from General
Hospital to have CBS hired her for Young and the Restless. When she left GH,
the ratings were 1.6, the lowest ever GH had. For that reason, for the life of
me I don’t know why CBS would want to hire her. She already made a mistake by
firing Kevin Schmidt (Noah). If she were never hired he would still have his
job. I just may stop watching Y&R just because she is there.
