IT HAPPENED TODAY…
With Victor and Adam both no-shows to the arbitration ruling, Michael calls Heather and tells her to find his clients and get them there immediately. Heather discovers that Victor is talking to the District Attorney Walsh and tells him that he needs to get to the arbitration. Victor informs her that he will be there. Alone, Victor gives his account of the events surrounding Skye’s death, pointing out that he heard both Sharon and her heated exchange of words, then later hearing what appeared to be Sharon trying to save Skye from falling into the volcano. DA Walsh is instantly skeptical as to why Victor has come forward all of a sudden. Victor points out he doesn’t want to see an innocent woman go to jail.
Sharon questions Nick’s odd behavior when she tells him about Adam’s strange behavior. Nick quickly plays it off and the two head to the arbitration. Once there, Sharon makes an attempt to call Adam, leaving a message on his phone to please call her. Heather overhears the conversation and tells her how Adam will always be a master user. She then lets slip about Victor trying to get Sharon off the hook for Skye's death.
Neil and Sofia discuss how she got her job back and wonders if he talked up for her merely because they slept together. He assures her it wasn’t like that; she’s bright and is very important to the company. Malcolm arrives and handing her the bouquet she was going to have for their wedding, proposes to her again, as Neil watches on.
At the arbitration, Victor lights into his children for their actions and how he would rather let his billion dollar company he solely created crumble to the ground than give them any part of it. Nick and Victoria both fire back with their own accounts of his past behaviors against them but before things can get out of control, the judge calls for a recess so he can make his decision. With Victor alone, he is stunned to see Neil enter the conference room.
