(SoapOperaNetwork.com) – Personal issues bench one of “All My Children’s” biggest stars.

Debbie Morgan is currently in the middle of an unplanned leave from the ABC soap that put her on the map, “All My Children.” When inquired about the situation, a spokesperson for the soap that Morgan rejoined in January 2008 tells Soap Opera Network that the actress is “taking a brief hiatus to attend to a personal family matter.”

Fans may have noticed that many of the spoiled scenes for Dr. Angela Hubbard – Morgan’s alter-ego – have not aired going as far back as the week of November 15 (which was taped in early October). Though the actress did briefly appear in two episodes since then, do not expect to see Dr. Hubbard appear in too many more spoiled or unspoiled scenes for the time being. At this time, “AMC” does not have a set tape-or-air-date for Morgan’s return.
