(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “One Life to Live” releases Jason Tam (Markko) and Terrell Tilford (Greg) from their contracts with the show.

The news comes less than a week after Tam’s first scenes aired since the actor returned to the show after taking the summer off to focus on brushing up his professional acting skills at a Shakespeare Lab in New York City, and just as Tilford has been prominently featured in the “Téa is alive” storyline.

Jason Tam joined “OLTL” as Markko Rivera in May of 2007.  He has also appeared on Broadway in a number of plays including “A Chorus Line,” “Les Misérables,” “Footloose,” “Oklahoma!,” and “The King and I.”

Terrell Tilford first aired as Dr. Greg Evans in June 2009.  In addition to stints on “Days of Our Lives” and “Guiding Light,” Tilford has also appeared in “CSI: New York,” “Shark,” “Bones,” “Girlfriends,” “My Wife & Kids,” and “Cosby.” He is married to “Gates” star Victoria Platt.

While no final airdates have been announced for either character, Tilford currently has his upcoming airdates listed on his Facebook page through November 16th.

“One Life to Live” airs Weekdays on ABC. Anytime on ABC.com.
