(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — ABC Daytime is cashing in on “All My Children’s” 40th anniversary by selling archive photographs from each year the daytime serial has been on the air, as well as a special image from 2010.

Although the network did not do similar promotions for their other two daytime drama series “General Hospital” and “One Life to Live” when they turned 40 in 2003 and 2008, respectively, ABC wants to be sure that fans have their own special piece of “All My Children’s” history to call their own.

“AMC” matriarch Susan Lucci (Erica Kane) tells “Entertainment Tonight” that “We are here to share some of our memories with the viewers. When the fans see the pictures, they will remember scenes that they have seen and experiences in their lives with ‘All My Children’ as the backdrop. I think it will put a smile on a lot of faces.”

Memorable moments and characters from the past 40 years are captured in the photos, which includes a young Erica showing her engagement ring to her mother, Hayley’s arrival in Pine Valley, Leo and Greenlee stranded on a deserted island, and many more. Also featured are such legendary couples as Chuck & Donna Tyler, Tad & Dixie Martin, Jesse & Angie Hubbard, and Edmund & Maria Grey.

In addition, diehard “Ally My Children” fans can purchase a special photo of Susan Lucci from the soap’s first year on the air in 1970. Lucci has personally signed 400 of these collectible limited edition 8 X 10 photos that are printed on matte finish photo paper and come with a certificate of authenticity.

The archive photo stills are available for a limited here, and can be purchased here. As part of a special promotion, if you buy five photos now, you get the sixth one free.

“All My Children” airs Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet. Anytime on ABC.com and SOAPnet.com. Check local listings.
