(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — Calling all ABC soap fans.  Here is your opportunity to help raise money for charity and receive a non-speaking role in of the network’s three daytime drama series. 

The website charitybuzz.com is auctioning off walk-on roles on “All My Children,” “One Life to Live,” and “General Hospital,”  along with other items as part of the 2010 Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS online auction.  Each package includes the following:

  • A non-speaking role in (1) or more scenes
  • Preparation by show’s wardrobe department
  • Photo-ops
  • Autographed script signed by the cast
  • ABC Daytime Salutes Broadway Cares 2010 Poster
  • Winners cannot be a member of SAG or AFTRA unions and must be 18 years of age, and must come make-up ready. Scene and placement and inclusion of taped scene in final edit for broadcast is at the discretion of show staff.  Package must fulfilled by Dec. 31, 2010.

    Be advised, however, that the bidding doesn’t come cheap.  The current bid for a walk-on role on “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” is $1,275.00, and $1,525.00 for “General Hospital.”  All bids must be submitted prior to 1:00 pm ET on March 3, 2010.  The bidding increases at $250.00 increments.

    However, if being in front of the camera isn’t for you, there are backstage passes up on the auction block as well.  Fans can bid for the chance to get an up close and pesonal look at a typical day at either the “AMC,” “OLTL,” or “GH” studios.  Included in this package are: 

    • A tour of the set, offices and greenroom
    • Photo-ops
    • Autographed script signed by the cast
    • ABC Daytime Salutes Broadway Cares 2010 Poster

    Winner must be 18 years of age.  Set tour and backstage access not to exceed (4) hours and at the discretion of show staff.  Package must fulfilled by Dec. 31, 2010.

    Current bids on this item are $450.00 for “All My Children,” $525.00 for “One Life to Live,” and $825.00.  The bidding increases at $100.00 increments, and closes at 1:00 pm ET on March 3, 2010.

    Other packages up for bids include a chance to meet the stars of “The View,” VIP tickets to the 2010 Stage Coach Soap Nation fan event, guest co-hosting duties with Cameron Mathison at the 6th Annual ABC Daytime & SOAPnet Salute Broadway Cares in New York City, and VIP tickets to the show on March 21, 2010.
