(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “One Life to Live” Episode Recap – Friday, July 3, 2009.

IT HAPPENED TODAY (encore of 03/18/09 episode)…

“No One Ever Said it Would Be This Hard”

Emotions run wild between Nora and Marty. Nora at first unleashes an angry tirade at Marty, who takes responsibility for her mistakes. Nora, however, then admits she blames herself as well for the tragic situation they’re facing. Marty and Nora end up in a fierce embrace, each mother’s heart breaking for both their sons.

Meanwhile, Cole visits Matthew and feels even worse when Matthew absolves him of any guilt. Cole wonders why Matthew doesn’t hate him but Matthew explains he could have made better choices himself. Cole is led off to jail.

Jack pulls no punches with Todd, telling him to clean up his act and come home and be the father they all need.

Téa admits to John that she didn’t stab Lee but also states she doesn’t think Todd did either. John calls Téa on her feelings for Todd and while not admitting the total truth, she doesn’t completely deny his accusation. Todd tells his new attorney he wants to fight for his kids.

Gigi is grateful for Brody’s support.

Bo and Rex are there for one another when they learn about each other’s kids.

On the Next One Life to Live…

  • Blair is beyond angry when Téa shows up at her daughter’s wedding.
  • John makes a final plea to keep Cole out of jail.
  • Rex keeps Gigi in the dark about sleeping with her sister.

“One Life to Live” airs Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet. Check local listings.
